#21daychallenge Day4 挑戰咖啡壁紙☕️ 老師畫的是咖啡杯,但是我自己照參考圖畫了玻璃杯,算是自己試試看會怎麼樣?畢竟在3D裡面超級方便,直接放個玻璃材質上去就漂漂亮亮了😆。還有咖啡上面的泡沫也是玩了一下,自己覺得沒想到結果還不錯呀(?)覺得有點開心! 花瓶裡的花束是畫最久、最難搞的👇 🚩最難的部分:雖然茶壺難,但反而是花束畫不好? 我覺得可能是平常使用3D繪圖的概念有幫助到我,所以雖然我自認為空間概念不太好 (小時候算幾何數學的時候超痛苦),但是只要把茶壺想能要在3DsMax裡面畫出來的話,就好像容易多了,只要把每個部份拆解成三角形、長方體等結構就可以! 花束的部分,反而因為忘記開圖層而變得超級辛苦,因為花束跟葉子的部分要有視覺前後的次序,結果我全部畫在同一個圖層,而且控筆不好,所以曲線都容易歪到天邊去,變成後來發現的時候,又重新花了很多時間修改,甚至最好笑的是,因為草稿太醜,上色完之後變很奇怪,最後又把線搞全部重改💦 ⚡️本次知識點:圖層很重要!學起來用! 阿爾法鎖定:可以鎖定物體,只能在此物上才能畫畫,其他部分不會上色!缺點是無法編輯透明度。 遮罩:會在使用圖層上方新建一個圖層遮罩,使用”黑色“筆刷遮擋筆刷部分,會遮掉所選圖層物件筆刷部分,顯現下層圖層的內容,而使用”白色“ 則是會有相反的效果,如果想要半透明的效果就用灰色吧!遮罩的優點是遮物好用,不會實際改到原物件,關閉遮罩時,物件仍是原本的樣子,不想使用時可直接右滑刪除圖層遮罩~ 剪切遮罩:影響剪切遮罩下方圓層區域,會在下方物件範圍內才可作畫,是上色必用的的超級超級方便的功能! 📌我的小筆記:一些繪畫時的小撇步 • 我認為學習電繪最重要的第一件事就是學會使用圖層!不論你是怕畫錯,或是用不同功能做變化,善用圖層都可以事半功倍! • 關於RGB和CMYK: RGB指的是紅色R、綠色G和藍色B,用於顯示器上的顯示色,像是電視、電腦、手機。,主要是顯示於電子螢幕上,經由紅(R)、綠(G)、藍(B),三種色光混合而成,也稱為光的三原色。而當這三種顏色重疊後可以打造出無數種的顏色,當顏色疊加越多時就會越明亮,最後變白色。 而CMYK分別指的是青色(C)、洋紅色(M)、黃色(Y)、黑色(blacK)組合而成,是我們用來印刷時會使用的!經由這四種顏色比例調色出來,在CMYK來說顏色是越疊加越深,因為油墨顏色越疊越多,最後就會變黑色的。 • 顏色三屬性就是”色相”、”明度”、”彩度”: 色相就是紅、橙、黃、綠等,不同顏色代表不同色相, 明度用來表示顏色的亮度,明度越大亮度越高, 彩度就是飽和度,代表顏色的鮮豔程度,彩度越低則越灰暗。 • 使用多張參考圖進行創作,可以讓繪畫更有變化性、可看性和增加趣味程度。 ✨️一起踏上揮灑創意的旅途吧! ✨️歡迎分享、留言、跟我交流! #draw #drawing #繪畫 #繪畫創作 #繪畫練習 #21天生活繪畫跟練課 #21天挑戰

This weekend is a bit special as I am in Sydney to catch up with one of my favourite people who is out from London. We have been friends for over 25 years 🤭 We had a fun lunch at the Beresford. Now I am back at my hotel changing for dinner and remembered I had to do my 4th post, but I got nothing 😂 At lunch, someone said I should schedule these posts, but the challenge for me is doing this old school. There is no AI, VA, content calendar, or plan. There are two challenges us women unfortunately face with our body composition as we get older…. 1. Loss of skeletal and muscle mass 2. Gain body fat On average women may lose 3-5% of their muscle mass per decade after the age of 30 😱😱😱 And this significantly declines due to hormone fluctuations thanks to menopause 😣😣😣 (why do us ladies seem to cop so much 😫😫) But I promise you….it’s not all doom and gloom!!! So what can we do to help this decline and build and maintain a healthy body composition? 💪 Adequate Protein intake 🥗 Balanced nutrition and lifestyle habits 🏋️‍♀️ Strengthen or resistance training Women should aim for 1.5g-2.0g per kg of your ideal weight (depending on activity level) plus 2-5 sessions a week of strength/resistance training for 30 minutes. Not only will you feel empowered within yourself knowing how strong you are but you will also minimise the risk of those nasty falls down the track of broken bones and injuries in our later years!! Now do you see why I have an obsession with my morning protein smoothies and prioritise my workouts!! 😉😉 Now my question to you is….are you ready to fight those hormonal changes and prevent those potential broken bones and weight gain…..
