Disney at Home Edition!✨ At Disney’s California Adventure CarsLand is my favorite! Be sure to make your way over there during your next visit to be fully immersed into all things Radiator Springs including sightings of Lightning McQueen and the gang and those neon lights at dusk! While you’re there don’t forget to check in at 📍Cozy Cone Motel for some i-cone-ic treats like the Chili Cone Queso. Here’s how I’ve made my chili cone so I can still enjoy while I’m away from the park! ✨What you’ll need for your chili cone…. 8x11 sheet of paper Tinfoil Jumbo crescent rolls Egg Cupcake pan Roll your sheet of paper into cone shape then take your sheet of tinfoil and roll placing the point of the cone at the corner of the foil. Simply tuck in any extra foil inside the cone to help support and give it shape. Take your crescent roll dough and you will wrap the cone. Be sure to cover the bottom point well and ensure there’s no gaps by overlapping the dough. Then you will take your cupcake pan and flip face down to place the crescent roll cones on top to help hold upright. Lightly brush egg on the cones and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Once the cones have cooled, take the tinfoil cone out and put your chili inside. Don’t forget to sprinkle cheese and add corn chips on top for the full DCA effect! #disney #disneyland #disneyfood #cozyconemotel #chiliconequeso

Cars Land: This land takes you down the main street of Radiator Springs and makes you feel like you are in the Cars movie! There are rides such as Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters and of course Radiator Springs Racers. You can even get an ice cream or a mac n' cheese in a bread cone at the Cozy Cone Motel, or you can get a bite to eat at Flo's V8 Café. This area is amazing at night and even if you aren't a fan of Cars, I can guarantee that you will find something you love in this land! Avengers Campus: This area opened in the summer of 2021. It is based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Taking over the previous Bug's Land, you are sure to feel like you are ready to train with one of the Avengers when you enter this land! As the famous Avengers theme song plays throughout the land, you can meet Spiderman, Iron Man, Captain America, Black Panther, Black Widow and Loki. You can even visit the Ancient Sanctum and see Doctor Strange to visit the world of Mystic Arts. Much of this land relies on the character interactions and they keep it fresh as movies and shows get released, but you can also ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout, as well as test your Spidey skills in Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure. Don't forget to also check out Pym Test Kitchen where they use the technology of Pym Particles to shrink and grow your food! Which land are you choosing? A few weeks ago I went to Disney’s California Adventure with friends! My most recent trip was actually at Disneyland back in 2018. The last time I was at California Adventure was *drumroll🥁* 2013!!! I didn’t realize that it’s been 8 years since, so I decided to make the most out of this day. I didn’t research too much on the food, but I decided to just go with the flow and see what they had on the spot. The food I got are as followed (including my experiences with them): • Chili Cone Queso from the Cozy Cone Motel * After many years of hearing about the Chili Cons Queso, I finally got my hands on one for the very first time! The chili was so good and the cheese and fritos complimented it very well. The bread bowl was able to hold the chili well, but I wasn’t the biggest fan of it. Overall, I would get this again! • Flo’s Classic Shake (Strawberry 🍓) including a Souvenir glass from Flo’s V8 Cafe * I got the strawberry shake with “road gravel” on top which was basically Oreos. It was your standard milkshake, but it was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. + I love the Cars movie so I got the cup on the side! 😄 • QuesaBirria Tacos 🌮 from Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill * I got this as a last minute decision to get this meal. This was my first time trying birria tacos so I was super excited to try it. The meal was suppose to come with a Tomatillo salsa, which I didn’t realize I didn’t get until the day after 🥺😢. Overall, it was really good! Next time I’ll remember to get the tomatillo salsa. I hope to come visit Disneyland/California Adventure again! I rarely visit, but when I do, I try to make the most of it. And that includes trying out the amazing foods and trying out new things! Sometimes you need to mosey on over to the #CrazyConeMotel for some #scrumptious #treats. Part of #Carsland over at #DisneysCaliforniaAdventure the Cozy Cone Motel offers one of my #AllTimeFavorites the #ChiliConeQueso. Back in 2010 I watched as they built one of the most immersive lands I had ever seen; I would have never imagined it would have been the begining to a huge change over @disneyland. Without the rockwork they were able to create here, who knows if they would have had the same perfection come out of #blackspireoutpost. I want to post some old construction pictures of the transformation that became of #CaliAdventure.
