#夢の車中泊旅 南九州編 day2 熊本 人吉〜天草 本日のテーマは【国宝】 ふとした場所に国宝がある熊本🐻 どちらも国宝の名に負けない見る価値あり ぜひ訪れてみて欲し。 まずは朝腹ごしらえにて 地元メシ。午前中には売り切れてしまう 人吉では有名な「おいなりさん専門店 さかい」 おじいちゃんが作った 甘い煮汁がじゅわじゅわとしみたおいなりさん。 7個550円ご賞味あれ。 そこから車で5分ほど 国宝「青井阿蘇神社」🚐 創建から1200年のなによりも匠の技がきらりと光る建造物がすばらしいのです！ 隈研吾の本機の木造建築ご覧あれー もうひとつ、 2023年に国宝に認定されたばかりの 「通潤橋」へ🚐 近世最大級の石造アーチ水路橋であり、 石造アーチ橋の中で唯一“放水”ができる橋🪜 として有名です。 石橋の中から大量の水が放出される瞬間、 みんなどよめいてたほど迫力あります！ 行かれる際は、放出時間を調べてその瞬間に！ （わたしはケチって行かなかったけど 有料で橋上にも上がれるよ 500円） 本日のお宿は 人生初の天草！ 天草の海を眺めながら 温泉入って 近くの鮮魚店でさばいてもらった カワハギ刺身を肝醤油で夕飯。 かんぱい！ 明日は天草 後編 隠れキリシタンです。 #fromwhereistand #足元くら部 #あしもと #ashimoto
Sri Lanka outtakes: Part Two A small monologue: On my recent solo trip to Sri Lanka, I experienced a blissful freedom that comes from not having to worry about where you are, what you're doing, who you're with or what you're wearing. I've heard issues about Sri Lankan locals being offhandish, but all I experienced was sweet locals, asking where I'm from, excited to hear about India, surprised that an Indian girl was travelling alone and offered help even, in case I needed an immediate tuk tuk, a place to sit (I was walking in the scorching heat on the Galle streets quite happily so), telling me where to find things I should definitely take back with me. One uncle told me I must buy jewellery and eat lots of gelato (which I did). Perhaps it's pretty privileges, perhaps it's because my olive skin tone was less "Indian" to them and more South American, Carribbean or Mediterranean (or whatever). Perhaps, it was a lot of different things. Needless to say, I fell in love with Sri Lanka for it gave me something I have never felt in India - a sense of freedom to just be. It's a sweet surprise really, how this beautiful little piece of heaven is so close to our Peninsula and yet, so far away now. #SriLanka #solotravel #pov #fromwhereistand
