On our latest Disney adventure we tried Mama Melrose in Hollywood Studios!🍝💜✨ I think we were all very surprised with the menu and food! 😍 To start we had the fried fresh mozzarella, and I didn’t even get a photo of it, it was gone so fast! My husband and I both had the chicken Parm which was SO good! My son had the little personal pizza and my daughter some plain pasta and had a meatball on the side! (You can ask for them to do things like this!) We had a great time, sitting down taking a break and enjoying time together! Disney Tired😴💤💜✨ The best kind, when you have the most fun filled night at Magic Kingdom 🏰 This night we went back to the park after a break, and had so much fun mixed with some chaos🤣 We saw the fireworks from behind the castle, hopped on a few of our favorite rides including Mickey’s Philarmagic 🪄 Lost our backpack and traced it down😂 Then we rode the Magic Carpets TWICE back to back! 🧞♂️ I’m not sure how many times we can say we rode a ride at Disney back to back.. so we did it and it was magical! #throwback to our first Disney trip as a family, September 2015 🥰 This is when my love story with Disney took off again. It wasn’t the first time I had visited the parks, but I hadn’t been back in so many years, since 2003 to be exact 😳 So many things had changed. I got married, still am! 16 years and counting ❤️ Had a baby! She was 2 in this picture, but will turn 11 next week 😩 My dad passed away and there’s not a time I don’t go to Disney without cherishing our Disney childhood memories together. The Carousel of Progress and Pirates of the Caribbean were our favorite attractions 🤍 And the parks! The whole park experience just felt completely different. It was so special. The Disney cast members made every day of our trip so perfect and magical for our family. The longing to go back the second we left, never went away. So here we are now, 9 years later, Orlando area based! Second kid in tow 👯♀️ It’s been almost 2 years since we left the Midwest for Central Florida in pursuit of better weather, obviously 😆, plus a shorter commute to Disney and we couldn’t be happier 🙌🏼 We’re loving our passholder life 💕 And this is where I’d like this account to start! 2020 was the last time we posted. The Disneyland closures were hard on us since that was our place for happiness. With everything else that went on that year, we didn’t have an outlet. We couldn’t forget. . On a whim, I called our travel agenct after WDW reopened. We wanted to see if we could change our original DL plans to go to Florida. That December, we flew to WDW for our first visit out East. It was a perfect trip. The park was so chill. We had to wear face masks at all times but it was worth the safety factor. The photos will definitely be a sign of the times. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. . Since then, we’ve grown up a lot. There were trips to Disney, we bacame parents , as well as passholders (obviously our kid was the most exciting update). It’s been fun! . The point of this story, we may have been gone for a few years, but we have a lot more adventuring to do. We’re back and ready for action! For those of you still following, thank you!
