🌸 END OF SPRING 🌸 This week marked the end of our spring courses! A wonderful 8 week course that has flown by 🩵 so help me give these awesome women a massive well done on this course 🥰 We welcomed 22 mums and their babies plus 9 mums to be and welcomed 2 bumps babies to the world too 🥰 an absolutely wonderful block and these strong women have absolutely smashed the sessions week in and week out. Working out through no sleep, morning sickness and sharing experiences whilst making connections, it’s been wonderful for me to witness. So a massive thank you from me for choosing me to support you on your motherhood journey 🥰 thank you for bringing your energy and being part of our squad 💪 We also had our obligatory photos at the end of our course. A wonderful chance for mums to document their journey and remind themselves that they are strong women and amazing role models especially on those tough days.
