Shiny! Just a few of today’s batch of fresh, colourful willow wreaths. The sun had just set (15:55) and my phone camera’s auto flash thought it was getting dark. Glad it did - look how the colours pop! Varieties used for these beauties include Flanders Red, William Rogers, Jaune Hative, Yelverton and Noir de Villaine. Lou will join us to informally share her sketchbook practice and share insights into her process which has a natural rhythm and ritual closely linked to the seasons cycles. We will be inspired by the evergreen foliage and explore creating seasonal wreaths and table decorations.
