You'd probably be asking yourself, why would they do that? I don't know... what to tell you. But as you can clearly see in my young soulful eyes, I was genuinely happy because I was living out my dream. I spent the 19 years after that just...dreaming. Dreaming of all the things I wanted to do. Dreaming of how to do them. Dreaming of all the things that could happen when I succeed. To eventually dreaming of all the ways I would fail. Everything about me felt mediocre, not because I was bad at things, but because I didn't try. Fx denne gang tog jeg herind fordi jeg simpelthen ikke fik søvn pga mareridt. Og så bliver alt uoverskueligt og jeg får det skidt. Og for det ikke ender ud i at jeg skader mig selv meget, og det er jo ikke godt for indy! Så tager jeg af sted herop, og er nogle dage. Jeg får sovet rigtig meget og får det bedre. Ja jeg ville da ønske det ikke var sådan, men det er det lige nu. Jeg er sikker på at det snart ikke er nødvendigt særlig tit længere. Og heldigvis har jeg en fantastisk familie der tager sig så godt af min indy mand!! Husk at spørg dem omkring jer hvordan de har det det. Husk at sig hvis du ikke har det godt. Huske at det er okay!! Movie Name: The Killer “When it comes to details, David Fincher is master of it in The Killer he flexes his muscles with some high-level filmmaking and thrilling prospects however the film weakens as minutes pass crumbling in its own simplistic narrative and plotting.” SharpRatings: 6 - #Okay It's been a while since I saw #MichaelFassbender on my screen, and it's been a while since I saw #DavidFincher return to his moody thrillers. #TheKiller is a clean, perfectly tuned, and violent film. It's the kind of film you’d expect from Fincher. The film solely and exclusively follows Fassbender’s character, the titular Killer, he is not named in the film and uses many different aliases, He is a killer for hire and when his routine mission fails one night, he goes down a spiral of revenge and being hunted by the wrong people. The film is cut into chapters, each passing swiftly between locations, drama, characters, and action. The film is drowned by the monologues, Fassbender’s character monologues the shit out of the film. There is hardly any conversation between him and any other characters, it focuses on him and his thoughts. I can understand why people may have mixed feelings about the film, as it was straightforward with its story. We expect a twist at the end or something, since it’s a Fincher film but the final is a bit underwhelming, There is a lack of true drama and thrill towards the end. Don’t get me wrong there is an ending, but it's just not a satisfying one. The film is slick and smart, but there is little attention to detail by Fincher here, he tells the story through cutaways, insert shots showing the little details that explain our main character's actions. His direction is crisp as always. Some dark and bleak lit cinematography, and hypnotizing sound by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross who collaborated with Fincher for many films. So they work quite well together. It's technically sound and visually stunning with its cold contrasted shots.
