Today, we start a period of deep introspection and transformation with Pluto retrograde until September 1st, at which point it will retrograde in Capricorn until October 11 before going direct. After November 19th when Pluto re-enters Aquarius, we will never experience Pluto in Capricorn energy ever again in our life time. We’re closing out a 16 year cycle that began back in 2008 when Pluto entered Capricorn. Closing out cycles isn’t for the faint of heart. It takes courage, grit and emotional maturity. Right now (and over the next 5 months) is the time to retrieve any/all power you may have been giving away, or power that was lost. Power that wasn’t reciprocated or appreciated. This might trudge up old stories or pain, but this is our time to heal… so allow this to happen and honor your emotions. When we spend too much time in our heads, the body feels it and gives us signs. Especially in moments like this, when you don’t know what to take up first - it’s good to calm down, to rest for a while, to take a deep breath, to believe from the bottom of your heart that everything will work out, to be grateful for all these moments and especially the path we are on right now in this moment. Now - is the most important thing. Let’s breathe, listen to ourselves and fight! But full of calmness, trust and silence in our soul and mind. In gratitude today for all the peace my yoga practice brings to my mind-body-soul. I’ve found the 2024 calendar year to be emotionally and energetically very challenging.
