#restore #reset #reboot #rebuild Recently I had a great experience doing some spiritual cleansing with my Dad. First, we did a NO food fast for three days to heal and reboot our bodies. Then I was told to write down the people I could not live without and why. Next, I had to write down the names of those that held me in emotional bondage due to a lack of forgiveness and why. I had my home, business, and cars cleansed and prayed over. I donated and blessed my community and created the most powerful vision board. I must say, it's nothing like stepping away from the world to take care of myself. As a Mom, Coach, Sister, Friend, and Sorority Sister, I am constantly helping others accomplish goals and battle life. It is essential to focus on my health, my goals, and my dreams.
