Now that I’m home from Disney, I was able to make an Olaf Hot Chocolate Bomb from The Ganachery that I’ve been wanting to buy for years after it was featured on @tiktok by @disneyparks for this exactly in addition to their artisinal homemade s’mores. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to get it thinking it would be sold out by now but they still had them and it was such a pleasant surprise:) This is made in-house with their signature hot chocolate mix packaged inside a homemade mold that’s a mix of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and caramel. It comes with 8 marshmallows and is enough to fill 2 mugs. Our second full day in Disney started super early with the runDisney Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend 5K! I was able to get up early enough to get on the first bus, and get in line to see Dopey before the race. On my way to my corral, I also saw Jogging Jack Sparrow! He was super nice when I asked for a photo. The 5K start and finish was in the Epcot parking lot, and the course ran through different parts of the park. I grabbed my post-race snack box, water, banana, medal, and mylar, then headed back to my room. After a quick shower and breakfast, I was able to get some work done on my balcony with some animals for company. These animals were much more active than my furry coworkers at home, who usually nap during my work day. We saw okapi, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, red river hogs, and more! Work days are way better with animal coworkers! For dinner, Warren and I headed to Paradiso 37 at Disney Springs. We both had delightful mango margaritas, followed by fish tacos and a gluten-free pulled pork sandwich. Our server was lovely to talk to as well. To top off the night, we headed to the Ganachery. Now you all know I love all things chocolate, but this place is a bit more than that to me. When I was a Cast Member here, Warren and I were just dating at the time. He came down to visit me multiple times, and the Ganachery was our last stop before he went home. We always got squares to share on our way to the airport. This time, we got some of our favorites and a couple we haven’t tried yet. I love getting chocolate here and remembering those fond memories of his visits. Christmas Tree Stroll - Disney Springs At Disney Springs you can find 19 beautifully decorated themed trees. Some of our favorites: Coco, Encanto, Guardians of the Galaxy, Toy Story, Annual Passholders, and Moana. We ate lunch at @splitsville I recommend the Maui Chicken Sandwich - hand breaded crispy chicken breast, teriyaki sauce, spicy mayo, asian slaw, and pineapple on a brioche bun! We made a stop at the newly opened Summer House Cookie Bar and we’re not disappointed! Apple oatmeal, oatmeal scotch, iced lemon, sea salt chocolate chip, and walnut chocolate chip. Day 17 - this Minnie Halloween chocolate pop from The Ganachery at Disney Springs might not be the fanciest treat, but it sure is good! Dark chocolate pop filled with chocolate ganache. Definitely a win!
Day 14 of 31 days of Disney Halloween snacks. I did not actually try this one myself - didn't feel like splurging on a big chocolate when I knew we would be trying so many more. However, I can say with confidence that the Ganachery chocolate piñatas are really good, and worth the price. They're definitely shareable and oh-so-cute! They're like little works of art you can eat. If you're only going to try one or two things, I would budget for one of these.

Day 9 of 31! Another fun Ganachery Halloween treat! These are from the chocolate counter at the Disney Springs shop, where you can create your own mix. We got the seasonal "poison apple" chocolate (the green skulls,) Jack Skellington dark chocolate, guava (the red rose design,) a pumpkin one that I think was pumpkin chai? (I forget.) And two regular milk chocolate Mickeys that my kiddo picked out. I loved them all! But then again, it's hard to go wrong with chocolate.
Spent the beginning of the day at @disneysprings and got some delicious chocolates at the Ganachery. Resort hopped at the Grand Floridian and Contemporary before heading home. October 4th/Day 4, is all about this super cute Haunted Mansion chocolate bars 4 pack! Available at the Ganachery at Disney Springs. Even the box is beautiful (swipe through to see!) Each bar features one of the stretching room portraits. The flavors are raspberry, salted caramel, chipotle and passion fruit. I give these 9/10 only because I didn't personally enjoy the chipotle bar. It was a little too much heat for my liking in a chocolate bar. But if that's your vibe, enjoy it! This box is big enough to share. We split them among 3 family members. PS - I got a notification that IG thought this was branded content. 🤣 Yeah right. I wish The Ganachery was sponsoring my content! That would be a dream.

Hitchhiking Ghosts Chocolate Chiller from The Ganachery! 3 kinds of chocolate mixed with malted milk. I got whipped cream with mine which definitely helps with the richness. They also very smartly give you the lid to the bottle because you’ll be sick if you drink it all at once. It didn’t photograph well but the straw is the purple wallpaper from Haunted Mansion!
