Ok so I 100% agree that the Rainbow Cake was a must have from Farts. While my slice leaned just a bit to the side its flavor was perfect, the layers were fluffy and it was not at all dry. Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Flavorful Fridays! Have little ones that like the princesses but don’t like waiting in long lines in the parks to take a picture with them? Well I have the place for you! Today I’m reviewing Akershus Royal Banquet Hall! Akershus features 5 princesses 👸🏼 that are on a randomized schedule. The princesses travel one by one to each table and each offer photo opportunities in as many combinations as you would like! It’s also a great chance to get out that autograph book and fill it up with royalty! 👸🏼 The food is family style, as well as All-you-care-to-enjoy, meaning the food is brought to you and if you like 1 option more than the rest, you and your family can get as much as would like at no additional charge. Breakfast features: -Breakfast Pastries and Accompaniment. Basically a breakfast charcuterie board of croissants, cheeses, meats and a side of fruit. Rating: 🥐🥐🥐🥐/5 Norwegian Waffles: They came in heart-shaped pieces with a hint of sweetness. I added maple syrup, but they don’t really need them. I’m a sucker for pancakes and waffles, so it’s no surprise they were my favorite part of the dish. Rating: 🧇🧇🧇🧇🧇/5 Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage: You can get scrambled eggs just about anywhere. No knock against them. Great source of protein, though! Bacon and sausage are also on this dish. The sausage was some of the best on property in my opinion! 🧀 One of the best snack credit snacks! 🧀 Eight Spoon Cafe’s baked mac ‘n’ cheese is one of my favourite uses of a snack credit, not just because it’s a cheese carb that’s baked to perfection BUT it’s the perfect size for when you just fancy a little food top up! Welcome to another Flavorful Friday! Tonight we went to Rix Sports Bar at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort to celebrate my 30th birthday! We tried 3 items off the menu! To start, we tried the Rix Boneless Tenders with the sweet chili sauce. The wings itself were really good! They were very saucy how I like it, but I thought they could have been a little warmer. I’d rank it 🪽🪽🪽/5 Next, I got a Turkey Club sandwich to split with Courtney. There was a LOT of turkey on that sandwich, but I was all for it! It came with just the right amount of mayo and veggies. The tater tots were cooked to perfection. They have a nice crunch on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. My rating: 🥔🥔🥔🥔/5 We got Wachos for the table. What are wachos? They’re nachos, but with Waffle fries! They were good, but since they’re drizzled with tons of queso and ranch, the bottom layer got soggy. Our friends @disneydiningdude @rkenney08 and @shopmagiconmain and they got wachos as a side with their entree for $2! That was a STEAL and the bottom layer didn’t get soggy! In Disney now and I wanted to give a review of the restaurant Sanaa. If you have a chance to snag a reservation there please do. Usually I don’t normally try Indian cuisine unless at an authentic Indian restaurant, but I’m so glad I did! The food was outstanding and so was are wait staff.
