⭐️TRIP REPORT⭐️ Hey everyone! For the next few days, I’m going to be recapping my recent trip to Walt Disney World! As I said yesterday, Italian food is the way to my heart. And when I saw Tony’s Town Square Resturant at the Magic Kingdom had basically a garlic cheese bread tower, had to try it out. I visited Tony’s on my birthday, and it was so much fun! Jamie, my waitress, was super nice and had great drink recommendations. She even had the resturant sing happy birthday to me and brought me a cupcake! Gotta love the little magical moments! ⭐️ Tony’s Garlic Bread for the Table - Toasted Ciabatta with Roasted Garlic-Butter and Parmesan Fonduta. Yeah. That’s a right. Bread with cheese fondue. I was n love from the first bite. I will definitely be going back to Tony’s just for this bread! ⭐️ Spaghetti & Meatballs - House-made Beef and Pork Meatballs served over Spaghetti with Tony's Marinara Sauce. This dish was amazing as well. The meatballs were fantastic and the sauce was really good. ⭐️ Limoncello Sidecar - Caravella Limoncello Liqueur, Cointreau Liqueur, Laird's Applejack Brandy, and Lemon Juice. The text I sent to my best friend when I tried this says it all “It tastes like a liquor soaked Sour Patch Kid, and while that might not sound good, trust me it is.” I really enjoyed this drink! It was light and flavorful and the perfect accompaniment to my carb loaded meal! I’ve been a fan of Tony’s for year, but I think the cheese fondue pushed it over the edge as my favorite place to eat at Magic Kingdom. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant out! Tony’s Town Square Restaurant! We have heard some mixed reviews on this restaurant, so it wasn’t a top of our list place to eat. Let me just say.. Do not pass up on the garlic bread for the table. This appetizer was 10/10! Also, as we all know, Magic Kingdom is more or less a dry park. You can find alcoholic beverages at sit down restaurants, and at Tony’s we got Lemoncello Sidecar. This was also 10/10! Now the entrees were not something to rave about. But all in all, Tony’s is a nice restaurant to stop by for appetizers and drinks - for sure!

Tony's Town Square is located in Magic Kingdom. Tony's is where Tramp took Lady to dinner in the movie Lady and the Tramp. This restaurant used to get a bad wrap, but the day we visited it was excellent! We just got appetizers and wine, but it was all great. *Tony's Garlic Bread For The Table- $13 (This also came with an amazing parmesan fondue) *Insalata Caprese- $12 *Fried Mozzarella- $15 (This thing was HUGE!) Tony's has seating indoors as well as outside on the porch. PRO TIP: Book your meal close to the parade time, then request the outdoor seating. You will be able to watch the parade from your seats as you eat! Let’s talk about Tony’s Town Square Restaurant!! My kids are pretty picky when it comes to what foods they like. We were in Magic Kingdom on Thanksgiving day this year but a turkey and stuffing dinner was not an option for three of my kids so we did Italian instead. Boy am I glad we chose to eat at Tony’s!! It was so good and so filling and every child and adult had clean plates! Some of the best Italian food on property in our opinion! 🍝 🥗 🥖 Try things like giant mozzarella sticks ($15) as an appetizer and hands down the best alfredo ($28) for a delicious lunch! Finish it off with a Tiramisù Cannoli ($9.50) or an Italian Strawberry Shortcake ($9) for dessert. Finally made it over to Tony’s Town Square Restaurant for lunch. This place used to have a bad reputation, but more recently it has been receiving some positive feedback. So I decided to give it a try for myself. Overall, I would recommend it. The two best things about this place are the great parade view and the delicious garlic bread 🥖 The food was pretty decent. Def not gourmet Italian, but enjoyable. The garlic bread was amazing. I would come back for this alone 🤣. The fried mozzarella was a little disappointing. It wasn’t served hot enough, and therefore, didn’t have that glorious cheese pull you see posted on the blogs. The rigatoni alla vodka was tasty but a little dry. The oven roasted shrimp scampi was delicious. 🍤🍽️ When you check in, ask if you can be seated in the atrium area. And few things around WDW actually make me more curious than Tony’s Town Square. The reason for this is my perspective on the restaurant. I’ve never dined here, ever. This is very much intentional because I’ve heard not so great things about it for years and years and years and years, PLUS, I historically do not have a great track record with WDW Italian restaurants. For example, I’m not a fan of Via Napoli (but I loved their tiramisu). I always found it disappointing that it had such a bad reputation, given its absolute prime location just inside the MK entrance. However☝🏽, ever since it’s reopening after covid, I’ve heard much improved reviews. And suddenly the overall perception of the restaurant seems to have gone up significantly. So I’d really love to hear your thoughts, because in a weird way, this restaurant is towards the top of my list to try. • If you’re unfamiliar with the restaurant, here’s a quick summary. This is a table service restaurant located in Magic Kingdom. It’s themed after Lady and the Tramp, and offers a mainly Italian menu just like where Lady and the Tramp shared their first spaghetti kiss. The 2 items I hear about the most are their chicken parm, and the spaghetti and meatballs (of which they apparently also offer impossible meatballs). I do hear about the tiramisu sometimes as well.
If you like Italian Food and are at the Magic Kingdom, you should check out Tony's Town Square Restaurant! 🇮🇹 They updated their menu since the last time I went but it was absolutely still so good! On this trip we tried 3 restaurants we had not been to before. Here is my honest opinion on each. 🪐Space 220- This is a place I wanted to go to back in December for my birthday and we couldn't get reservations, so it was at the top of my list when I made our dining reservations. The experience itself is really cute, they make you feel like you're going on a spaceship. The food however I felt was very overpriced and just not that great. Unless you are just a die hard space fan, I would skip this one and spend your money elsewhere. 🤠 Roundup Rodeo BBQ- This place is absolutely adorable. Food is served family style but they have mac and cheese for picky eaters. Their brisket was delicious, as was their fried pickles. The cheddar biscuits would put Red Lobster's to shame, even without the Sweet Pepper Jelly but that took it to the next level. I highly recommend this place. 🍝 Tony's Town Square- we actually went to this on a whim and I'm so glad we did. The Lady and the Tramp theme is so adorable. The food and service were both outstanding. I also thought the cost was very reasonable. At Pop Century, you can larger than life statues of Lady and Tramp outside the 1950s area. In Magic Kingdom, you can dine at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant which is inspired by Lady and the Tramp. We received a super cute birthday card on my son’s birthday, but if you stop at the check in desk and ask, you can also receive their paw prints! After feasting on your Italian cuisine of choice, make sure to look for their paw prints outside the restaurant (just behind the gates)! Also at Magic Kingdom, you can find the 50th statue upon entering the park!
