Про этот виноградник я узнала в только что лет 😂🙈. Рассказываю. Ехали мы совершенно в другое место, но что-то пошло не так, однако, и в план Б мы тоже не попали, и даже не попали в план Ц 😂. Началось всё с того, что мы поехали совсем не по той дороге, а последнее место и вовсе оказалось закрыто под частное мероприятие. К счастью, мы в прекрасной Австралии + я умею очень хорошо пользоваться Google.maps, поэтому я сразу же нашла нам план Д 😁. Правда, к тому моменту Макс уже изрядно устал в дороге, и нам пришлось заехать на детскую площадку выгулять наше сокровище 😄. Так мы и добрались до виноградников к золотому часу, выехав в полдень 😂. If you’re headed to Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhood, the Alfama district, I’d recommend going from📍São Jorge Castle down to📍Lisbon Cathedral, which saved our parents, nephews, and whoever was pushing Avi’s stroller from an uphill climb. São Jorge Castle sits on top of Lisbon’s highest hill, so you’ll see some pretty amazing views there but we did stop by two other viewpoints -📍Miradouro das Portas do Sol and📍Miradouro de Santa Luzia, which had beautiful tilework throughout the terrace and would be a good spot to take in a sunset. For anyone that loves seafood 🙋♀️, check out Restaurante da Sé near the Lisbon Cathedral. I try not to eat near tourist attractions but I’m so glad we did because the octopus “lagareiro style” was *chef’s kiss*. Bowie in Bangkok 🌆 1. Uiteten met prachtig uitzicht over Bangkok 2. Met een grab net aangekomen bij de pier om de boot op te gaan over de Chao Praya rivier 3. China town. Super leuk om gezien te hebben maar niet echt aan te raden met een buggy. Tenzij je, net als wij niet vies zijn van veel tillen, dan ken t net 🤪 4. Diner aan de rivier met mooi uitzicht op de zonsondergang 5. Met het pondje van de ene naar de andere kant van de rivier. Ideaal dat je zo ook gewoon met de buggy erop kan rijden! 6. Day 1 - Prague, Czech Republic - Apr 2023 Fun first day in Prague! We headed straight to the Old Town Square and to see the Astronomical Clock. There were so many tourists waiting so we joined in and glad we did as the clock has a little show every hour. We also saw the Church of Our Lady before Týn which was beautiful and looked like a Disney castle. London - Apr 2023 We spent 4hours in London before our flight to Czech Republic and made sure we showed Myles all the sights. We got the tube from Luton airport straight to the Tower of London and then walked across the Tower Bridge and along the Thames. After dinner we headed to Big Ben to see the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye at night and the lights made it look so pretty even in the rain. We hopped on the tube back to our hotel at Luton Airport ready for our flight the next day. Day 9 - Lanzarote - Feb 2023 Today the weather finally cleared up and we were able to get off the boat and stretch our sea legs in sunny Lanzarote! Day 8 - Day at sea - Feb 2023 Today we were supposed to be docking in Agadir, Morocco. We were so looking forward to exploring the souks however the cruise was unable to dock. Although the weather had improved drastically, the wind was still too strong for the harbour to allow the cruise to dock for safety reasons, which meant another day at sea for us and onto Lanzarote instead. Day 7 - Day at sea - Feb 2023 Today was our day at sea and certainly not how we imagined it to go! We imagined sitting by the pool soaking in the sun with unlimited sodas however, the weather had other plans - hurricane force winds meaning nobody was allowed to go outside! Danielle normally suffers from seasickness however the cruise so far had been so smooth she hadn’t felt sick. She decided to take some seasickness tablets today and good job as so many people were stuck in their rooms suffering with sickness who have been on 20+ cruises in the past! It is different to travel with a young child. With a baby, we cannot do all the sports and activities we used to do, and we are learning to slow down. The first picture was taken at Cancale. If you want to eat oysters there, don’t stop at the numerous restaurants along the beach, and walk in the direction of the lighthouse. On its left, you’ll find the oyster market where you’ll be able to buy oyster (and wine) for a very cheap price. The second picture was taken on the way to la pointe du grouin. It is a 10km hike along the coast, with beautiful landscapes. Day 2 - Gran Canaria - Feb 2023 Our first full day in Gran Canaria did not dissapoint! The weather was warmer than we expected so we spent the morning waking along the beach. Myles felt sand for the first time and even dipped his toes in the sea for the first time ever! We spent the afternoon at @poemadelmaraquarium which was amazing! So many things to see and very interactive - they even had a rainforest. Ibiza Juni 2023 ☀️ Onze gewone kinderwagen was ook mee! Bowie was nog te klein voor de buggy dus de kinderwagen moest mee. Deze hadden we (Dennis🤪) helemaal goed ingepakt voor vertrek omdat ik niet wilde dat ie zou beschadigen (zuinig op mijn mooie Joolz🥰). Aangekomen op Rotterdam airport vertelde ze tijdens het inchecken van Transavia dat deze ook gewoon mee mocht naar de gate, daar gebruikten wij de draagzak voor maar dat kan dus evt wel als je dat fijner vind. Als je er niet vies van bent om je kinderwagen iets meer op te tillen dan normaal dan kun je hem zoals je kan zien gewoon overal gebruiken😋 Het was in Juni nog niet zo heet in Ibiza dus Bowie kon lekker de hele dag overal slapen in de kinderwagen. The cosiest nursing pillow you own 🫶🏼 Yes, I carried my breastfeeding pillow on the plane and through the airport, and it was the BEST thing I could have done to ensure a smooth travel for us. To preserve my breastfeeding pillow, I placed it inside a king-sized pillowcase, which I later removed when we arrived at our aeroplane seat. For the whole journey, my 6-month-old son contentedly sat, cuddled, or slept in the pillow on my lap (unless it was my meal time). If your child is a lap child, it makes the ideal, cosy and comfy nook for them. Bonus: I had no trouble nursing! Back on track 👊 NL | Tijd voor een update, want zoals je misschien wel hebt gemerkt was het hier de laatste tijd nogal stil. De virussen kregen ons de voorbije winter stevig te pakken. Het was ploeteren tussen de pampers en aerosols door en voor bloggen bleef helaas weinig tijd over. Maar nu de lente eindelijk doorbreekt, krijgt genieten steeds meer plaats, yess! We zijn momenteel op de terugweg van een weekje vakantie in het Zwarte Woud en dat heeft deugd gedaan. Ik heb heel veel zin om terug in de pen te kruipen en onze reisverhalen te delen. If there's one thing worse than a nappy explosion when you're out and about with your little one, it's discovering that you don't have the necessities to deal with the explosion with you....So this is a little list of suggestions for things to keep in your 'going out' bag (often referred to as a nappy bag or changing bag).
