In conjunction with his business partner Angela Townsend, he makes he makes exceptionally drinkable wines with a focus on Spanish,Italian and Portuguese varieties. The labels playfully reprise Lino floors( hence the name) and take their names from board games. A ripping Riesling from the crew @shawandsmith using grapes from Adelaide Hills in South Australia. Made with half the grapes pressed whole bunch and the other half crushed and pressed. Both fermented on their own before being blended and hanging out on lees for a few months. Great aromas of citrus and flowery vibes. Tasting is an inviting lemonade ice pole feel with limey juice and pith with a few green apple slices in the mix. All supported by a stoney floor with crunchy acidity and a light floral cloud. Texturally delicious! Awesome drinking this one and paired well with a glass, conversation and tunes by a man who plays the guitar and sings calling himself G Love - white wine glass emoji
