Einfach mal ne leckere Grillkartoffel mit Tomatensalat 😄 5 große Kartofeln, festkochend Sour Cream 100g Ausgelassenes Dörrfleisch 1/2 Glas Gehackte Oliven Eingelegte Chili Kräuterbutter 6 große Tomaten 1 kleine Zwiebel 3 Scheiben Käse 3 EL Olivenöl 3 EL Apfelessig 1 EL Balsamico 1 TL Senf 1 EL Zucker Salz und Pfeffer Die großen Kartoffel locker 20 Minuten vorkochen (sonst dauern sie ewig auf dem Grill). Grill auf kleine Stufe und die Kartoffeln durchgaren dauert nochmal ca. 20 Minuten. In der Zeit, das Dörrfleisch in der Pfanne auslassen, kein weiteres Fett dazugeben, da ist genug drin 😅 die Tomaten halbieren, den Strunk entfernen, die Tomaten in Würfel schneiden. Den Käse in kleine Würfel schneiden, die Zwiebel fein hacken. Alles in eine Schüssel geben. Aus dem Öl, Essig, Balsamico, Senf und etwas Wasser eine Salatsauce rühren, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker abschmecken. Über den Tomatensalat geben. Leek bacon and potato pie. The weather turned, I wanted a pie, alright? who wouldn't? who doesn't enjoy crisp shortcuts, silky leeks and salty bacon. immediately comforting. In a massive miscalculation, I realised too late that I didn't have any plain flour and had to use bread flour instead! there were no obvious ill effects and the pastry was, if anything, even more glossy and soft than usual! I made my pastry, then rested it in the fridge for an hr. I sautéed the bacon in a heavy pan, turned the heat down and added the leeks, seasoning and fresh sage, put the lid on and simmered for 15mins. In the meantime, I boiled some diced potato in salted water. I greased the pie dish with butter, then lined it with pastry and blind baked it for 10 mins at 180º with baking beans, then 6 mins without. I added flour to my leek and bacon mixture to make a roux, then added whole milk and grated cheddar for the sauce before adding in the cooked potatoes, I poured this into the pie base, then covered it with a pastry lid. A quick glaze with egg wash, then back in the oven for 25 minutes. Perfect! Spaghetti Carbonara Ingredients: 8 ounces spaghetti 4 slices bacon, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 large eggs 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Salt and black pepper, to taste Red pepper flakes (optional) Directions: Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the spaghetti and set aside. In a large skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet. Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the bacon fat and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley until well combined. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and toss to coat. Remove the skillet from the heat and quickly pour the egg and cheese mixture over the hot spaghetti, stirring continuously until the eggs thicken and coat the pasta. If the sauce seems too thick, gradually add the reserved pasta cooking water until desired consistency is reached. Stir in the cooked bacon and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Creamy Garlic Parm Chicken Pasta 👩🏻🍳 Ingredients: 👇👇 - 4 strips bacon - 1/2 onion, diced - 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes - 2 cups fresh spinach - 1 tbsp fresh garlic - 1-2 tbsps all-purpose flour - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 cup half and half - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan - 1 lb cavatappi noodles - Red pepper flakes - Diced parsley Garlic Parm Tenders: - Buttermilk to soak chicken (or 2 eggs) - 1 lb chicken tenders - 1/2 stick melted butter - 1/4 cup grated parmesan (plus more to top) - 1-2 tbsps olive oil - 2 cloves grated fresh garlic - Fresh chopped parsley - Salt and pepper - Oil for frying Instructions: 1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet. 2. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion, sundried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and garlic until softened. 3. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux. 4. Slowly pour in heavy cream and half and half, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. 5. Stir in shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. 6.
