Trekking in unfamiliar terrain at such high elevations demands resilience and determination! 🏔️💪 As part of her journey up to the Everest Base Camp it is crucial for her body to adjust to the reduced oxygen levels and atmospheric pressure of higher altitudes. An acclimatisation hike such as this one, is a gradual ascent to higher altitudes to help prevent altitude sickness and allow the body to gradually get used to the new conditions. Mail should have details of Society Management Committee - name & e mail id Your local police station e mail id 3. Shashwat Foundation will take it forward with PMC 4. A notice will be sent by PMC to the PMC local ward office, society MC and to the local police station and SPCA, informing them of the date and time of visit by PMC representative from the respective Ward Office for demarcation of feeding points asking them to cooperate. 5. Volunteers/ feeders are required to be present and carry the printout of the Animal Feeding Point board. 6. As soon as the points are identified by PMC Ward Office representative , the printout must be pasted or displayed at those points, photos must be clicked 7. Feeder/ volunteer must send a mail to Shashwat with the details of the visit, members present and photos of the demarcated points. 8. Shashwat will take it ahead with PMC . 9. A confirmation mail on the identified points will be sent by PMC to the ward office, society MC, feeder, the local police station and SPCA 10.
