✨ Una de las actividades que realizamos en nuestro viaje en la India fue una clase de cocina ayurvedica. Nuestro cocinero Mukesh nos enseño a realizar varias recetas: - Herbal Tea. - Kichari. - Paratha. - Roti. Uno de los platos que aprendimos a cocinar fue Kichari, este plato tradicional de la India es una deliciosa combinación de arroz y lentejas, lleno de especias y bondad. Aquí está la receta: ◽️Ingredientes: 1 taza de arroz basmati 1 taza de lentejas (pueden ser lentejas rojas o verdes) 4 tazas de agua 1 cucharada de aceite de coco o ghee (mantequilla clarificada) 1 cebolla picada 2 dientes de ajo picados 1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado 1 cucharadita de comino en polvo 1 cucharadita de cúrcuma 1 cucharadita de semillas de mostaza Sal al gusto Cilantro fresco picado para decorar. ◽️Instrucciones: 🔸Enjuaga el arroz y las lentejas bajo agua fría hasta que el agua salga clara. 🔸En una olla grande, calienta el aceite de coco o ghee a fuego medio 🔸Agrega las semillas de mostaza y deja que se cocinen hasta que comiencen a saltar. 🔸Agrega la cebolla picada, el ajo y el jengibre rallado. 🔸Cocina hasta que las cebollas estén transparentes. 🔸Agrega el arroz, las lentejas, el comino en polvo, la cúrcuma y la sal. Sattva is joy, lightness, goodness, peace. They are cheerful, optimistic, open to new things, striving for spiritual development, harmony, and finding peace and tranquility. Such people are free from egoism, and therefore are able to see things impartially and comprehend knowledge. Their mind is not enslaved by material desires, so they do not strive to accumulate material values. They are not lazy, but they work moderately - just enough to lead a decent standard of living. They devote their free time to working on themselves and self-development. Their life and business benefits them and those around them. These are geniuses who can sit for 20 years on one project and create something useful for the world. These are scientists, engineers, holy people. Sattva is in a calm state. There is such a very small percentage in this world. And it's very difficult for them to survive in agressive socium as if you have high intellect, your physical health is not so good usually. But principles of our socium still like 2000 years ago. Who is stronger, those are winners. We need to protect this people and help them. Gun was created by sattva, but used in a bad way by Tamas. Was created with good purpose: protection. Not for attacks. The influence of the mode of purity can be strengthened by reading scriptures, drinking pure water, and making friends with virtuous people. Of course, healthy eating. And, step my step, you will start become bored with parties and alcohol. You will not see anything fun in this. You will have wish to spend your time on something more valuable. You begin to determine by the smell what you can eat and what you cant. You can feel other people, can say just by smell what they eat, which sickness they have, how many people they've killed))) You feel the chemicals in food, parfume and you can't tolerate it anymore. (Oh, those girls in public transport with their perfumes🙄 ). Tamasic food and people begin to make you feel vomit. You spend a lot of energy to digest their heavy and low vibrations. In order to somehow find a common language with them, you have to put yourself down, switch to their vocabulary, eat something heavy. ➡️➡️➡️

🧘 Vous avez déjà probablement constaté que vous pratiquez mieux lorsque vous avez le ventre vide. La différence est flagrante dans le cas du pranayama. D'une manière globale, quelques principes alimentaires simples vous permettront d'avoir une bonne "toile de fond alimentaire" pour soutenir votre pratique du yoga ! Les voici : 🥩 Limitez votre consommation de viande (en cas de pratique sportive, privilégiez les viandes de bonne qualité. Envoyez mentalement de la gratitude à l'animal qui vous transmet sa force🙏) 🌜 Evitez de manger après le coucher du soleil : le corps humain commence à produire les hormones du sommeil et les processus de digestion s'endorment aux aussi, augmentant le risque de vous sentir lourd, de ne pas bien assimiler les nutriments et de créer plus de déchets dans le corps. 🍕 Evitez les combinaisons alimentaires complexes : au plus ce que vous mangez sera simple, au mieux cela sera digéré. Au contraire, associer des protéines avec de l'amidon, du sucre raffiné, des produits laitiers, de l'alcool... créera plus facilement des gaz, des lourdeurs d'estomac et une digestion lente. 🍴 Posez votre fourchette entre chaque bouchée : prenez le temps de mâcher, de saliver. La digestion commence dans la bouche ! Trois fois par jours nous sommes confrontés à une magnifique opportunité de méditer : faites de vos repas un moment de pleine conscience. Mangez dans la paix et l'harmonie, pensez que cette nourriture vous renforce. 🕕 Ne mangez pas juste parce que c'est l'heure. Bien que prendre ses repas à des heures régulières est apprécié par notre corps, attendez de ressentir la faim avant de manger. A happy cow, living the dream, just gifted me with her raw, freshly milked soothing medicine full of healing, reviving energy. Whatever magic is in it, every single cell of my body is in total ecstasy, reverence and deep gratitude for this pure elixir of life and health. Despite a life long exposure to the watery and indigestible milk found in western supermarkets (a long refrigerated mixture of water and paint), an intelligent sensitive body immediately recognises what is truly nurturing and how to receive it. Milk is our first manifestation of love and a genuine celebration of the purity and perfection of nature.
