While at Sea Island this past weekend we ate at the Oak Room at The Lodge on Sea Island this past weekend. We ordered snapper for dinner and I wanted a good wine 🍷 to pair with it! The sommelier asked what we were having for dinner and we narrowed it down to 3 Alsace wines. We decided to order a Pinot Blanc from Alsace 🇫🇷 🥂Domaine Pfister! ℹ️Vines were planted in 1973 and 1974! 🍇 Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois 👅 ripe, dry, succulent Was a wonderful addition to our Snapper 🐠 meal!
