I originally started working on new character profiles for my Elements of Ilysia series characters to compile some info for my audiobook narrator. Now I seem to be doing them also to help me. I was working on them this weekend (by hand, mind you) while listening to music on #spotify and this song really caught my attention. “Memories” by Within Temptation truly makes me think of the state of the relationship between the characters of Kélinae and William. I do plan on writing a prequel novel about their love to explain how they fell in love. There are some details given in “A Darkness Awakens” with a lot more about them to come as the series goes on. They have this epic love that’s riddled with obstacles.
