This comprehensive initiative aimed to modernise and enhance the facility, focusing on key elements: ⚽ Demolition and Reconstruction: We demolished the existing changerooms and public toilet block to pave the way for a brand-new, upgraded facility. ⚽ New Changeroom Facilities: Our team constructed modern, female-friendly changerooms with tailored amenities including showers and toilets. We also designed a dedicated referee’s changeroom and incorporated a First Aid room for player safety. ⚽ Enhanced Accessibility: We ensured the facility is fully DDA compliant, featuring public toilet facilities equipped with amenities like baby changing stations and ambulant accessible equipment, promoting inclusivity and accessibility for all users. Take a Stand I used to love shopping at Winner’s & Marshall’s with my sisters, mom, and girlfriends I was disgusted today to see a man enter one of the change rooms while we were in there … what a shame that HIS choice to pretend he is something he is NOT, impacts me and the PRIVACY of all the females in what ought to be a “safe place” to try on clothes FOR PURCHASE I’m not the mom of an athlete (I don’t have a daughter in competitive sports) but if I was, my daughter would be yanked from her sport, and I would be having quite the convo with other parents, to protect her and her team mates, from predatory males in change rooms wanting to “share the space” while exposing body parts and pretending to be female. This said: Ladies, I challenge you to make formal complaints, boycott stores that cross lines of propriety, and complain to all the staff working so customers can HEAR YOU! Keep in mind EVERYONE and their dog has a phone with a camera … imagine seeing images of you, or someone you love, including your CHILD, on the internet; pictures taken while you were unaware in what you thought was gender specific change rooms. I don’t feel sorry for the female swimmers that competed against a male, losing to him (durr, OF COURSE he won!). I feel sorry that they didn’t have the courage to say NO, and now we are facing travesty at every turn. #winners #marshalls #changerooms #boycott
