Trust me, this app will be your best friend both before and during your trip. Take some time to play around with it before your trip so you know how to use it when you arrive. ✨ Next, let’s talk about Genie +. This is what replaced Disney’s fast pass system. You will purchase this on the Disney World app each morning before heading to the park. Then, you make ride choices through your day to use the Lightning Lane. Knowing how to properly use Genie + can truly make or break your trip. If you know how to use Genie correctly, you will be able to see and do so much more without having to wait in long lines. ✨ Remember: You cannot do it all! But, that is okay. Disney World is HUGE and trying to do it all is practically impossible. Take it slow, enjoy the moments, and discover the magic in the little things. So you’re headed to Walt Disney World for the first time…congratulations!! 🎉 We couldn’t be more excited (and we’re sure you are too)! 🤩 We’re also certain you probably have lots of nerves about this first trip. You know there’s so much to see and do and remember and know and you’re not sure how you’re going to manage it all! 😬 First things first…breathe…and then read these tips to help your first Walt Disney World vacation go as smoothly as possible! 😮💨 📝 Don’t over-plan! Especially if you’re traveling with kiddos, plan a few things per day (like one sit-down meal and a couple activities), but other than that, let the trip run its course. If you try to pack too much in, someone is bound to get disappointed or overwhelmed. This will lead to meltdowns and a miserable experience for all. ☔️ Be prepared for any type of weather! Florida weather can be unpredictable. Our team was just at Walt Disney World for our OASIS trip at the end of September, and the weather literally went from sunny to storming in the span of about five minutes. We made sure to pack our ponchos, and boy were we glad we had them! 🔋 Bring multiple fuel rods to keep your phone charged. You’ll be using it a lot throughout your park days, especially if you utilize Genie+, so you definitely don’t want to run out of battery. 🧳 Last but not least, enlist the help of a travel agent in your planning! 1ST VISIT REACTION✨ This is my fiancés first visit to Star Wars Galaxy Edge! I was so excited to see his face light up and he felt like he was home!
