This vacation is just flying by ☀︎ . . . . . . . . . . . . . I really wanted to catch the birds flying over The Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom while I was here and it did not disappoint. The birds are beautiful as they soar over the tree and around the crowds before landing right in front of the tree. At one point about 20 of them flew over top of the tree and greeted guests squawking loudly and happily with one another. The cast members were so informative and gave us some very sobering info about how endangered they really are. Hollywood Studios has been quite busy today...as expected! It's sunny and 82 degrees out. The standby lines are almost an hour or more for every thing worth doing. ROTR, Rise of the Resistance & Rockn' Rollercoaster have had intermittently closed throughout the day causing even more frustration. Isn't she LOVELY? A stay at Disney's Grand Floridian is hard to beat. This flagship resort is elegant but still manages to remain friendly and inviting. @amplehills Creamery will be not reopening up at Disney's Boardwalk Resort from a conformation with a spokesperson, “ as any @waltdisneyworld locations will not be operating in the near future”. 🍦 🍨🍧 A second location was being planned for the West Side of @disneysprings this Winter 2020 season from being announced last August. It was delayed cause of the pandemic. The company field for Chapter 11 bankrucpy back on March 16th and as both the official Disney World & Disney Springs site are listed as “temporarily unavailable” and “Coming Soon”. Prior up towards the acquisition, with the Disney agreement with Ample Hills creamery ended earlier this year back in January. ***Advice/Recommendations needed!*** Where do people tend to get their Disney clothing from? I took a few playsuits with me like this one and found them the most comfortable lightweight things to wear, better than shorts I found... but I preferred having straps than a few strapless ones I had. This exact day 7 years ago we were on our honeymoon and I was having my very first Disney Park experience. For our honeymoon, Jared planned a trip throughout california... with his inspiration being the ride, Soarin through California (the ride Soarin is at Disneyworld, but you can now only experience the California version at Disneyland). So of course we HAD to stop off at Disneyland! Jared was SO excited. I wish I could tell you I was thrilled... but honestly I was comparing it to six flags (sorry 😭!!) and I was very confused lol! My journey to love the Disney parks is not your typical Disney fan story (more on that another time!). I wish I could go back to 7 years ago and embrace it the way I would now lol!
