Happy Food Friday!😋 Check out this recipe for this Orzo Pasta Bake⤵️ • 2 cups orzo • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes • 1 round of boursin garlic/herb cheese • 4 cups chicken broth • 1 tbsp minced garlic • Oregano & Red pepper flakes (measure w/ your heart) • 2 cups spinach • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional) •Protein of your choice (I did chicken sausage) Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place boursin in oven safe baking dish. Add the orzo, chicken broth, sd tomatoes, rpf, oregano, and garlic. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-40 min. When you get a empanada press, you make Crab empanadas 😀 It's been awhile since I tried a new recipe, so I had to whip up something real quick. After seeing all of the peppers and herbs in my fridge (not pictured), I made Green seasoning and thought it would be good for the empanadas. Added cheese & seasonings to the crab & filled the dough.
