Chtělo by se mi napsat "samozřejmě", ale právě komplexní sacharidy jsou často opomíjenou složkou salátů. Proč? Nejen bílkoviny jsou důležité pro to, aby salát zasytil. Nezapomínejte ani na komplexní sacharidy, které jsou často současně zdrojem důležité vlákniny. Naprostou klasikou jsou sacharidy v podobě pečiva: k salátu se hodí celozrnné nebo žitné pečivo, které můžete lehce opéct. Pokud máte rádi knäckebroty, můžete přidat i ty. Tím ale výčet vhodných příloh zdaleka nekončí. DINER | Vegan chili con carne met tortilla's // 2 personen // 180g veganistisch rulgehakt 1 rode paprika; in blokjes gesneden 2 tenen knoflook; fijngesnipperd 1 rode ui; fijngesnipperd 200g kidneybonen 150g maïs 400g tomatenblokjes 30g tomatenpuree 1 1/2 tl Tex Mex kruiden (zie onder) 1/4 tl chilipoeder Peper, zout 2 handen tortilla's p.p. TEX MEX KRUIDENMIX 1tl zout 1tl knoflookpoeder 1tl uienpoeder 1tl chilipoeder 1tl oregano 3tl paprikapoeder 2tl komijnpoeder HOW IT'S MADE? 1) Verhit een scheutje plantaardige olie in een pan en fruit de ui en knoflook voor 2min. 2) Voeg vervolgens het rulgehakt toe en bak kort mee. 3) Als volgende doe je de paprikablokjes, maïs en kidneybonen in de pan. Strooi over het geheel de kruiden en roer goed om. 4) De tomatenblokjes en tomatenpuree mogen nu aan de groenten en het gehakt toegevoegd worden en laat vervolgens het geheel 10min pruttelen. Roer regelmatig om. 5) Breng op smaak met peper en zout en eventueel nog wat chilipoeder. 6) Schep een flinke portie chili in een diepe kom en serveer met de tortilla's. By late April in Colorado the following produce is ready to pick and is considered to be in season: Chard Chives Horseradish Sprouts Watercress 👉🏼Try this recipe to soak in all the spring goodness. Watercress Salad Modified from loveandlemons.com Watercress is a nutrition powerhouse with a peppery flavor which pairs beautifully with the sweetness of the peas and orange and the saltiness of pistachios. 4 ounces snap peas 1 fennel bulb, very thinly sliced 3 cups watercress 1 bunch chopped asparagus 1 ripe avocado, sliced 2 tablespoons toasted pistachios Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper Champagne Vinaigrette (store bought is fine for convenience ) Lemon wedge, for serving Blanch peas in boiling water for 2 minutes and put them into a bowl of ice water to cool. In a small bowl, Toss the sliced fennel with 2 tablespoons of the dressing and a pinch of salt. Assemble the salad on a platter with the watercress, fennel, snap peas, asparagus, avocado. Drizzle with some of the dressing and top with the pistachios. Blueberry Muffins with Turmeric & Cinnamon Streusel 🫐 These blueberry muffins have the most delicious spice mixture - cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg and lemon zest. They also have a tangy freshness from one cup of yogurt, which also makes them very moist. Fresh or frozen blueberries can be used; I used frozen wild blueberries. 🫐 They are small but their flavor outdoes any of the fresh blueberries I’ve had access to lately. When you bite into one of these blueberry muffins the colors are gorgeous; orange from the turmeric and blue hues from the blueberries! Made a quick Asian slaw for lunch and topped it with crispy tofu! For the slaw, I combined thinly sliced cabbage with chopped sugar snap peas, carrots, bell peppers and cilantro. In a bowl, I tossed the veggies in coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt and chili flakes. The measurements can be to your liking or there’s a great recipe for “Easy Crunchy Asian Slaw” on @feastingathome . Recipe for crispy tofu from @jessicainthekitchen below. #salad #slaw #veggies #wholefood #realfood #tofu #lunch #easymeals #funinthekitchen #satisfyinglunch #eatyourcolors #airfry #spices #cabbage Ingredients 1 lb block of extra firm tofu, pressed for 30 minutes then cut into 1” cubes, (16 oz.) 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon sea salt 2 teaspoons cornstarch ½ tablespoon light soy sauce, or liquid aminos ½ teaspoon sesame oil or any oil ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper Instructions In a medium size bowl place the pressed and cubed tofu. Add in liquid aminos and toss to coat. Add in all of the other seasoning ingredients including the oil and toss to thoroughly combine. Place in your air fryer in a single row, so that all the tofu has a little bit of space around each piece. Set your air fryer to 400°F. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket after 5 minutes, then continuing to cook. Remove after tofu is cooked. Allow to cool for a few minutes then serve. Enjoy!
