So first, their customer service was great. They didn't have my original choice and communicated very well with me about what was available instead, and I appreciated that so much! I ended up getting a 2XL in Latte because the XL wasn't available and I'm 6'1 so I need a big comfy sweater with long arms! This sweater delivered that for sure, the length of the arms is perfect and because I got it a little bigger it's definitely long enough, I absolutely love the fit and the colour is gorgeous, it's been my go to sweater this month! Did I mention how unbelievably soft it is? Like, sooo soft! I love that the design of the sweater was created by a mama (@kodettelabarbera) for her son, and I admire that so much! Shout out to @cookiecrimesyql for making the most delicious cookies and ice cream I've ever had! They use really good quality ingredients and have such unique combinations of flavours! They're a locally owned and ran icecream and cookie shop here in Lethbridge, Alberta and I really wanted the opportunity to show them some love so thank you, @cookiecrimesyql for agreeing to let me write a review on your ice creamery! When it comes to their cookies, you can't beat the Kitchen Sink cookie! The owners have crammed every delicious ingredient you can think of into a perfectly salty and sweet cookie! 😋 My second favourite would have to be the Rootbeer cookie, like what?! It's so good! It tastes like a root beer float in a cookie, it's amazing ,and it has white chocolate chips in it! Pictured are their coconut oatmeal chocolate chip (sorry if I get the names or any of these wrong!) And the mini egg cookie which were also so good! Oh, oh! And the mini new york chocolate chip is a delicious mound of chocolate chips and is fantastic! They also just got a printer for their sugar cookies so they can customize a cookie for you! They also sell a mystery box of cookies on Skip the Dishes that I highly recommend buying and trying each one! Haha 😄 Their ice cream is also absolutely phenomenal and so unbelievably delicious! Pictured is the Turtles Machiatto that they made in collaboration with a local cafe to mimic the flavour of one of their specialty coffees! It's one of my all-time favourites with a coffee and chocolate base, caramel and pecans, oh and chunks of chocolate throughout! To die for! They make flavours that suprise you, too, like Super Kid and Moon Mist that I'd never heard of but are sooo good too! None of their flavours tast fake either, they're all very natural tasting, and you can tell there's real ingredients in a lot of the flavours! They also do a contest every now and then where you can submit flavours and then they have customer creations for a period of time in the store, and I fell in love with the cherry cola ice cream last year! It's was real cherries swirled in a cola ice cream! ❤️ Check them out and go get some icecream and cookies! 🍦 🍪

It's review time for @crankedenergy and their energy bars! I've only recently started going to the gym after having my boys and trying to intake more protein in a day. These @crankedenergy bars have been one of my favourite ways to boost my protein and my energy before I head to the gym! They're really good tasting with a ton of options, but because they're peanutbutter based, they all taste like peanutbutter with whatever the flavour of the bar is. That's not a bad thing though because all their flavours go really well peanutbutter and they're really well thought out. My favourites were definitely the Dark Chocolate Cherry and the Cookies and Creme! So good without a gross protein taste at all, but a very thick texture. Again, not bad at all, just thick because it's peanutbutter, and they're best kept in the refrigerator. I ended up just cutting the bars in bite-sized chunks because I liked them better that way personally. I also like that each bar has 19 grams of protein! Thanks again, @crankedenergy! This is going to be a two part review because, well, these products are really, really good and deserve their own posts, haha! So first off on an environment factor, Evoolution is amazing, and you can refill any of your bottles! (I'm sure there are some stipulations like anything, but you can bring your bottles into their store and refill them! How awesome is that?!) They're also super nice to talk to and know how to pair the oils and vinegars! I tried their Basil Olive oil, and I'm blown away and absolutely ruined for grocery store oil! The flavour was so pure, and the basil was prominent without being overbearing because it's real basil! I made a loaf of bread using this oil, and it was beautiful and delicious, the perfect bread for a grilled cheese, but of course, I forgot to take a picture! I'll have to do it again soon! My husband's common and favorite use for the Basil Olive oil was his "famous" pasta sauce. He uses the oil to saute the garlic, onions, and veggies and uses it in the pasta, too. It's a nice way to elevate pasta if you're having a broke night and don't have many ingredients either. I absolutely loved this oil, and 15/10 recommend ordering from them, you'll love it! I almost forgot to post a review of the coffee, @nealbrothers, sent me to review and I am so sorry for the wait! This was an awesome coffee, and I really enjoyed it! I prefer a medium roast, and this was a medium dark roast, so I really enjoyed it but didn't find it too acidic, which I sometimes find with a darker roast. It was "full bodied," as they say, and I drank it hot and cold with cream and sugar and really enjoyed it. I'm a timmies coffee drinker (true canadian, lol), but I actually really liked Crank Coffee a little more!
