Sao Paulo, 25/04/2015 -Me perdí a De la Tierra por calcular mal el tiempo de traslado hacia la Arena. -Inicié la jornada con un gran show de Primal Fear. -Coal Chamber, sin pena ni gloria. Aunque me regalaron buenas fotos. -Me he vuelto fan de Rival Sons. -Black Veil Brides fueron abucheados durante casi toda su presentación. Insultos y gestos de ambas partes, no fue muy inteligente incluirlos en el cartel. - Por medio de un comunicado anunciaron que Lemmy no se presentará por temas de salud, en su reemplazo aparecieron los miembros restantes de Motorhead con el apoyo de Sepultura en el escenario. -Judas Priest: lo mejor del festival y mañana se vuelven a presentar. -Ozzy siempre me saca una sonrisa tan sólo con verlo, aunque nos baño con espuma a todos los fotógrafos. So there i was tonight really at @mgmmusichall ! I had fun for being on a mood or the fan of most of them with @sabatonofficial and @judaspriest for the invincible shield tour! See? Now for the first support just first, they are starting it first. It's all about the international native of power or progressive metal is all epic tunes as I would say. The performance has a prop tank. Because it's all about military and war. I like the sound of that. So they said they came from Scandinavia or something like that. I see why it's oriented. On they were asking what band is better. But I didn't say which is better I'd like it all for how long I spent the show. Next I'd did take a selfie and a horns up version just for me with @caradgrady and I. Because we had fun for the show so far. And now I'd finally experience what anyone of them is talking about priest! Because the performance next is amazing, blast and brilliant! Bang bang! I took and filming 1 hit like this the best of what priest is singing. And I zoom closer of rob is on stage from being a lead. And I know he has been the record years of Judas priest of he was putting a hair from the old days. But present time already is bald and a beard. So for me I'd personally what I had fun for being the mood of the show I want it to be at a concert for being active at last. So I'd thank priest and sabaton for these 2 of the show. But right now for me, I'm exhausted and I can feel it. And of course having the rest of the day off that they don't want me like what else I've been up to like on a weekday. Let's talk a littlebit about Judas Priest's 2014 album, 'Redeemer of Souls'. Back in the day it was rumoured that it would be Priest's final album and they kinda wanted to put in a bit of everything they had done in their career. I think it didn't work as wel as it did with the recent 'Invincible Shield' album which to me is the best swan song we can think of (not saying that it is though, but if....). When 'Redeemer' was released I remember I was really dissapointed that it wasn't the big bang that I hoped for, especially after such a mediocre release as 'Nostradamus' was. First of all there is the plain and simple bad production of the album. It just sounds horrible all over, no debate about that. I still can not figure out why the band could have approved with the final mix of this album. I mean, if you're around for such a long time you should be able to hear that it just doesn't sound right, and when you about the release a possible final album, you think you should pay better attention. I wonder how it will sound if for example Andy Sneap would remix it from the original master tapes. It would be a huge improvement for sure. But then...there are Rob's vocals! Now don't get me wrong, Rob has always been a fantastic singer but on this album....not so much actually. In general he sounds tired and forced and mainly sings in a midrange. It just doesn't sound as powerfull as he usually did/does. Now, ofcourse he wasn't already the youngest anymore at the time. But look at him these days? There are some songs that are very cool but just suffer from bad production, but in general there are not many memorable tunes on it. Fortunately it turned out not to be their final album and we got 'Firepower' 4 years later! The contrast between the two albums couldn't been bigger! When I was about to give up hopes for a 'back to form' Priest album, all of the sudden we got this demonic endeavor that swiped everything they did since 'Painkiller' from the table! The production from Andy Sneap is razorsharp, Rob sounded 20 years younger and the songs where old fashioned fingerlicking good! 'Firepower' can be measured with every great album they did in the 80's! 👇👇👇
