(Our favourite was CBeebies Radio). As they got older, audiobooks became invaluable for car rides, settling down in the dark, or just hanging out. Some of our favourites are: ๐ - The Rabbit Who Wants to Fall Asleep. I used this in the toddler stages but the kids have started requesting it again for bedtime. Works every time to hypnotise them to sleep. I tried the real book but personally found it too difficult to keep my own tired eyes open. ๐ด - The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar - classic random Roald Dahl but narrated by Andrew Scott (the hot priest - say no more). - Maz Evans - all of the books in the 4-part collection, based on Greek Mythology and the Olympian Gods. Iโd say around from age 9. - the Hilda books - the series is on Netflix and the graphic novels have great illustrations. Hildaโs world is so fantastic and imaginative, with trolls and folklore creatures, and the Audiobooks have all the voices. .
