DA MOGU DA PUTUJEM KROZ VREME OTIŠLA BIH U... U svojoj novoj pesmi (čiji bi naslov mogao da služi kao moja životna vodilja) „I Hate It Here“ Tejlor Svift govori o igranju igre „da mogu da živim u nekoj drugoj dekadi koja nije ova živela bih..“ Njen odgovor je malo...upitan, ali evo mog. Da mogu da živim u nekoj drugoj dekadi ili da se bar transportujem na dan živela bih u 20im u Parizu. Možda negde između 1924. i 1926. Šetala bih Senom željna stvaranja novih dela.Uveče bih odlazila u Harry's Bar i pila koktele sa Ficdžeraldom i Hemingvejem slušajući razgovore dva neverovatna uma i upijajući njihove priče. Imala bih malu terasu koja bih gledala na Jelisejska polja. Bila bih deo izguvljene geracije dok bi se okupljali u Cafe Les Deux Magots i pričali o životu i stanju sveta. Pisala bih na svojoj pisaćoj mašini svakog dana bar sat vremena. Uz čašu hladnog Šardonea. Soba bi mi mirisala na sveže cveće koje bih unosila u kuću. Uveče bih plesala do kasno u noć. U haljinama sa resama i perima u kosi. Vraćala bih se sa pogledom na Pariz okupan mesečinom dok se sjaj Alfelovog tornja spušta na ceo grad. Kad dođe leto 24e možda bih se sa Hemingvejem upustila u Španiju. Možda bih bila deo onog što će kasnije postati The Sun Also Rises i što će postaviti kamen temeljac u postojanju izgubljene generacije. I znam ja da je to pogled na vreme kroz ružičaste naočare. Da to znači da sam verovatno imala priliku da vidim jedan rat, a da ću verovatno videti i drugi. Ali je OK da se mašta. Sometimes it’s hard to believe I’m still only 30. 😅 I’ve learned so much about myself this year, it seems like several years should have passed. This time of quiet adjustment with Layla lends itself to self reflection—and gratitude. This year was not easy, but it was rich with God’s blessing. How how we love (to hate) chaturangas! Essentially a fancy yoga push up, this transition pose is an excellent strength builder that touches virtually all the major muscles groups of the body. When practiced with proper form, chaturangas fire up your core, quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, pecs, biceps & triceps and spinal extensors! The key is to get the alignment right and to hug the arms into the sides of the body. Grab two blocks and a bolster to line yourself up in the pose with support - blocks under the shoulders and bolster under chest/belly. Then press up to a plank and practice lowering with control. NE UMEM DA SE OPUSTIM...ALI POKUŠAVAM S vremena na vreme hvatam sebe kako na glas govorim afirmaicju „Sara opusti se. Sve je OK“. Ponekad su ove reči govoto „magične“ za mene. Više puta radije ne rade ništa. Anksioznost je moj saputnik toliko dugo da se ne sećam vremena kada nije bila deo mog života. Mada sam sigurna da je taj period postojao. Ona je toliko postala deo mene da često hodam ulicom prolazeći pored lica koje nikada nisam srela i pitajući se „kako je moguće da postoje ljudi koji žive sa strahom bez osnove“. Koji samo legnu u krevet da spavaju bez da im srce lupa brže, bez straha da sutra svet može da ode u plamenove i da to isto možda prežive i vide posledice istog. Moja glava ne miruje. Gotovo nikad. Zato radim svaku novo-modernu tehniku koju preporučuju. Meditiram pet minuta na dan. Ne preskačem jogu ujutru. Govorim sebi afrimacije pred ogledalom. Ponekad one rade posao. Više puta radije samo prihvatim da stanje da je strah tu i da neće otići, da ja ne mogu ništa ali da mi on takođe ništa neće uraditi. I onda nastavim dan.
