Thought I would give the new @alpro coconut yogurt’s a try! The Salted Caramel yoghurt was definitely my favourite with hints of smooth camera and sea salt - absolutely delicious! Paired perfectly with granola, fruit and a nut butter. 8/10 The Stracciatella yoghurt was the traditional coconut based yoghurt with flakes of dark chocolate through out. INGREDIENTES🥣 🍶150 gr de queso untable (el mío es a base de coco y anarcardos, no nos vale tofu untable) 🍶La nata de dos latas de leche de coco (la conseguimos refrigerándolas durante 4h mínimo) 🍶60 gr de azúcar invertido (puedes hacer una combinación entre azúcar invertido y azúcar glas) 🍶Chocolate 85% 🍶1cdta de lecitina de soja 🍶chorrito de esencia de vainilla . PASO A PASO 👩🏻🍳 🔹Batimos el queso crema a temperatura ambiente junto con el azúcar 🔹Extraemos la nata de la leche de coco y la montamos. Para ello ha de estar muy fría ya que en cuanto coja temperatura no se va a montar o se desestabilizará. Erdbeer Stracciatella Käsekuchen Richtig lecker ♡♡♡ Du brauchst für 18cm Form (bei 26er Form doppelte Menge) Für den Stracciatella Käsekuchen: 500g Skyr 200g Frischkäse 0,2% Fett 100g Joghurt 3,5% Fett 1 Packung Puddingpulver Vanille 3 Eier 20g Proteinpulver Vanille (alternativ 20g Apfelmus) Saft 1/2 Zitrone 20g Schokodrops ohne Zucker (alternativ natürlich mit Zucker) Chunky Flavor Stracciatella (alternativ 40g Zucker) Erdbeerspiegel: 250g Erdbeeren 2EL Speisestärke Backofen auf 180° Ober und Unterhitze vorheizen. Alle Zutaten außer die Schokodrops zu einem gleichmäßig homogenen Teig verrühren, die Schokodrops unterheben und in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte 18er Backform füllen. Bei 180° für 45 Minuten backen. Decke ihn am besten von Anfang an mit Alufolie ab, damit er nicht dunkel wird. Stracciatella-Kirsch-Torte! 😍 🍒 🍫 Mit Rezept 📌 Stracciatella-Kirsch-Torte mit Schokobiskuit und Sahnecreme ist so lecker. 😋 Mit unserem Rezept gelingt sie dir garantiert. Die Kirschglasur ist so fruchtig! ❤️ ZUTATEN FÜR DEN BISKUIT 4 Eier (Gr. M) 120 g Zucker 100 g Weizenmehl (Type 405) 30 g Backkakao ½ TL Backpulver FÜR DIE SAHNECREME 600 g Sahne 2 Pck. Sahnesteif 2 Pck. Vanillezucker 200 g Zartbitter - Schokoraspel 1 Glas Kirschen (Abtropfgewicht 380 g) FÜR DIE GLASUR & DEKO 350 ml Kirschsaft aus dem Glas 2 Pck. roter Tortenguss 3 EL Zucker 150 g Zartbitter - Schokoraspel Ein paar frische Kirschen für die Dekoration ZUBEREITUNG 1. Schritt Backofen auf 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze (Umluft: 160 Grad) vorheizen. Eine Springform (Ø 26 cm) mit Backpapier auslegen. Für den Biskuit die Eier trennen. Die Eiweiße in eine Schüssel geben und mit den Rührbesen des Handrührgerätes aufschlagen, den Zucker währenddessen langsam einrieseln lassen, bis ein stabiler Eischnee entsteht. Eigelbe mit einem Teigschaber unterziehen. 2. Schritt Mehl mit Backkakao und Backpulver in einer Schüssel mischen und sieben, in drei Teilen unter die Biskuitmasse heben. Den Biskuitteig in die vorbereitete Backform füllen und im vorgeheizten Ofen ca. 25 Minuten backen, Stäbchenprobe nicht vergessen. Auf einem Kuchengitter vollständig auskühlen lassen, dann einmal waagerecht durchschneiden. 3. Schritt Für die Sahnecreme Sahne in eine Rührschüssel geben, Sahnesteif und Vanillezucker unter Rühren hinzugeben. Sahne auf niedriger Stufe langsam steif schlagen. Zartbitterschokoraspel mit einem Teigschaber unter die aufgeschlagene Sahne heben. Sahnecreme bis zur Weiterverarbeitung kühl stellen. 𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐃𝐔 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐈𝐋 Encore du soleil dans nos assiettes et dans nos estomacs, avec un peu d’Italie grace à cette tartine Stacciatella (le cœur de la Burrata) et un peu d’Espagne avec ce délicieux gaspacho ! J’ai ajouté sur ma tartine de l’huile d’olive à la truffe blanche, autant vous dire que c’est un régal ! 𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄́𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : 🍞 2 tranches de pain (de campagne de la boulangerie c’est bien meilleurs) 🐃 1 stracciatella (cœur de Burrata) 🧄 1 gousse d’ail 🍅 Tomates cerises 🫒 Huile d’olive ici à la truffe blanche 🧂 Sel et poivre du moulin 🌿 Basilic 🍅 Gazpacho Alvaelle l’original 𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄́𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : 1- Faites griller un peu vos tranches de pain au toasteur ou au four. 2- Frottez les avec l’ail préalablement pelée. 3- Ajoutez la Stracciatella, quelque tomates cerises coupée en deux, un peu de sel et de poivre du moulin. 4- Ajoutez un peu de basilic et un filet d’huile d’olive. Servez avec un gazpacho bien froid et surtout régalez vous ! J’ai utilisé pour cette recette le Gazpacho l’original Alvaelle, que j’ai eu dans ma @degustabox_fr Cold du mois d’avril. Son secret ? Des tomates délicatement moulinées, une poignée généreuse de légumes frais parfaitement assaisonnés, un trait d’huile d’olive vierge extra... et c’est tout ! Ein paar #rosen wären auch ganz schön, also zack ein paar Rosen aus #fondant #modelliert . Innen sind helle #bisquitböden mit einer Füllung aus #erdbeere und #mascapone . Als kleines Extra versteckt sich noch ein Kern aus #stracciatella 🤩 Auch diese Torte ist heile angekommen und ich wünsche viel Spaß und #gutenappetit 🤩
