SQUAT 🏋🏻♂️ 🧠Hay ejercicios con los que se consiguen las mayores ganancias de fuerza y desarrollo muscular, son los considerados ejercicios básicos! Con ellos trabajamos gran cantidad de músculos, más allá de los principales para ejecutar ese movimiento, también músculos estabilizadores. Entre los básicos tenemos la Sentadilla o Squat que explicamos a continuación: 👣Prepárate, set-up para empezar: - Abre tus piernas y tus pies en una posición en la que te encuentres cómodo, idealmente más allá de tus caderas. - Activa el trípode de tu pie usando tu dedo gordo y lleva el peso hacia la parte externa para ganar estabilidad - Abre el pecho y mantén una curvatura natural en tu columna. - Asegúrate que el peso esté bien distribuido y que lo reciban los talones. - Inspira y activa tu core para empezar el movimiento. 🔛Vamos allá, en movimiento: - Lleva la cadera hacia atrás y mantenerse empujando mientras las rodillas comienzan a flexionarse - Mantén el pecho abierto/elevado - Desciende hasta que las rodillas alcancen al menos un ángulo de 90º (media sentadilla) - Enpuja el suelo con los talones para regresar a la posición inicial - No sueltes el aire hasta que regreses a la posición inicial así mantienes el abdomen apretado durante toda la ejecución. 🏋🏻♂️Nuestro entrenador @dcr_personaltrainer te enseña como ejecutar 3 tipos de sentadilla para que progreses con ella👇🏻 1️⃣ Air Squat 2️⃣ Globet Squat 3️⃣ Back Squat 📚Una gran técnica a la hora de realizar una sentadilla va a depender en gran medida de que no tengamos limitaciones en la movilidad, déficits de fuerza, pérdida de control de nuestro CORE que nos quita estabilidad o falta de coordinación cuando ejecutamos el movimiento⚖️ 🆘Si no te sientes cómodo con tu squat o notas que cuando cargas peso disminuye tu técnica😐, puedes contactar con nosotros, estaremos encantados de evaluarte e indicarte que aspectos debes corregir para progresar y dominar la sentadilla👊🏻 . . . #thelab #thewellbeinglab #thelabteam #thelabvigo #thelabcoruña #acoruña #vigo #squat #sentadilla #fuerza #strenght #fitness #gym #powerlifting #culturismo #calistenia #salud #piernas #legday #crossfit
