Progress Post: So those that truly know me know I hate taking pics...but my sister @whoisalexvaughn has been unknowingly encouraging me to be proud of myself, my progress and has been one of the key people that keep me going on this journey. With that said I finally took her advice and began documenting my progress. I can truly say that I am sooooo damn proud of myself! I’m 10lbs lighter on the right than the left (and more toned might I add) and 40+ lbs lighter since the pandemic first began. This has been one hell of a journey but I wouldn’t trade it for the world...slow and steady with the razzle dazzle of consistency definitely wins the race.
