Går hårt på den gamla devisen att störst armar när man dör vinner, och jag knegar på i bottenplan på gymmet för att införliva detta på något vis. Idag i form av bröst/triceps-pass. Något sliten från gårdagens högreps. Inledde med bänkpressen, vad annars? 3x5x100 kg 2x3x100 kg Detta var allt jag mäktade med idag utan att tappa stången och nästan Kalle Anka-mässigt vikas på mitten som en dubbelmacka. Tar det. Sedan blev det dips. 4x7 (+5 kg) och 1x5 (+5 kg). Försöker göra mig bekant med hela extravikts-cirkusen. Så samma som förra passet. Sedan även maskinflyes, sit-ups (64 st) och chins (18 st). En god kraftansträngning idag. Totalt 14,8 ton. Sedan kördes även en 1,5 km löpnedvarvning. Stabila sådana. Adderas då givetvis till mina LÅNGA virtuella promenad/löprunda. Totalt 6,7 km gjort nu och vi har kommit fram till Hagsätter utanför Norrköping. Fun fact: Hagsätter avgränsades 2018 till att inkludera Kartlandet och kallas nu officiellt, Kartlandet och Ringstadmo. Den ni. Sug på den info-karamellen. Dagens pass får 8/10 info-karameller. Skål.

I had an incredible weekend. I was thrilled and grateful to participate in the WNPF world natural powerlifting competition. I am thankful for the support of my gym buddy, @bklyn_grown . Zweite Belastungswoche und Lili hatte Uniwochenende, diesmal aber online. Sie ist zwar da, aber irgendwie eben doch nicht. Also musste sie ihr Training anpassen. Die Bergintervalle, die Sam und Flo gestern absolviert haben, hat sie einfach Freitag schon gemacht. Heute sind wir alle drei dann schön vorbelastet auf eine längere Tour. Von Zillhausen aus, den Spuren des UTH25 nach. Wir hatten echt Spass, Wetter schön, aber nicht zu warm. For the last few months I have been attempting a return to football. Thanks to @raith_seniors_afc, Raith Rovers 35s and @fifethistleafc for letting me play ⚽️ I’ve had roughly 15 years away from competitive football so it’s been a quick reintroduction. However, I haven’t felt this fit in a long time. The training I had been doing in the gym was not based around a sport like football (likely the reason why I tore my hamstring after 2 weeks back 🙈). Point being, if you don’t want to gym it all the time, don’t. There’s different ways you can improve fitness. I’m back playing football and my wife has joined a running club. Na ihr Lieben, ja ich weiß so langsam wird es vielleicht dem einen oder anderen langweilig nur was zu lesen zu bekommen. Gibt bald auch mal wieder Fotos/Videos, allerdings bin ich ja bis Ende Mai im FitOne unterwegs und danach gibts dann einen Formcheck für euch und wieder mehr zu sehen. Für alle die dennoch lesen wollen! Meine Trainingswoche lief hervorragend. Gewichten, Wiederholungen gehen nach oben und die ein oder andere Intensität wird angepasst. Ich bin echt froh und glücklich mit der Entwicklung. Form kommt gut raus und das Gewicht hat sich auch wieder beruhigt. Alles in allem ist es wirklich gut. End of Phase 4! This phase was definitely the most challenging for me. Kinda scared what phase 5 will bring haha. Finally seeing a difference in my stomach area! And actually gained 1/2 an inch on both arms but just due to gaining muscle. I can now officially do pushups on my toes!
