🔸𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶🔸 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗘 👉 Aromatic Indian Chicken Biryani Ingredients: 2 cups basmati rice 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into pieces 1 large onion, thinly sliced 2 tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup cooking oil 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped Juice of one lemon 2 tablespoons biryani masala 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 4 cups water Salt to taste Whole spices: 2 bay leaves 4 green cardamom pods 4 cloves 1 inch cinnamon stick Saffron strands, a few, soaked in warm milk Directions: Rinse the basmati rice until the water runs clear, then soak for 30 minutes. Drain. In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add whole spices and fry until fragrant. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they are golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute before adding the chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft. Add the chicken pieces, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and biryani masala. Brown the chicken for about 5-6 minutes. Lower the heat and add the yogurt, mint, cilantro, and lemon juice. Cook until the chicken is tender. In a separate pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the drained rice and half-cook it, about 7-8 minutes. Layer the half-cooked rice over the chicken mixture. Drizzle the saffron-infused milk over the top. Perfect comfort food for any night. 😋🧀Rustic Polish Kielbasa and Pasta Bake Ingredients: 1.5 lbs of smoked Polish sausage or kielbasa, sliced 4 cups of pasta of choice 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of flour 2.5 cups of milk 1 cup of sour cream 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 jar of sauerkraut, washed and thoroughly drained, 16 ounces 3 cups of grated Swiss cheese, divided Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden. 💙🐟🐙💙 Petak je dan za ribu i društvo iz morskih dubina 🐙💙 RECEPT 💙🐙 LIGNJE NA ŠUGO SA CRNIM VINOM SASTOJCI: * za 4 osobe - 500 g očišćenih svježih lignji - 2 srednje glavice luka - 1 veća mrkva - 3 češnja češnjaka( protisnutog ) - pola vezice svježeg peršina( nakosanog ) - 4 žlice extra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja - 200 ml passate od rajčice - 1 žličica šećera - 150 ml crnog vina( Istarski teran ) - mlaka voda za podlijevanje - morska fina sol - crni papar( svježe mljeveni ) - 2 žličice mješavine dalmatinskih začina( origano, bosiljak, mažuran, čubar, majčina dušica, kadulja PRIPREMA : - Očišćene i oprane lignje stavite da se ocijede u cjediljci. Kad su se ocjedile možete ih i malo posušiti papirnatim ručnicima. Narežite ih na šire kolutiće a krakove narežite na pola. - Luk sitno isjeckajte, mrkvu narežite na male kockice. Peršin operite, posušite i sitno iskošite. - U posudi na maslinovom ulju dinstajte luk da omekša i da se zastakli( oko 5 minuta, mješajući da ne zagori ). Zatim dodajte nasjeckanu mrkvu i nastavite dinstati još malo dok luk do kraja ne omekša. Sada dodajte kolutiće i krakove lignji. Dinstajte dok lignje ne dobiju boju, uz stalno mješanje. Po potrebi dodajte malo vode i dinstajte dalje oko 5 minuta a onda dodajte protisnuti češnjak i passatu od rajčice i malu žličicu šećera. Dinstajte još tako da se passata" zapeče "a onda podlijte sa crnim vinom i ostavite da vino pusti aromu, da ishlapi a onda lignje podlijte mlakom vodom. Vode dodajte koliko želite da vam bude gusto šugo. Ja vodu na početku dodajem malo po malo dok se sve lijepo ne prožme pa tako mogu odrediti gustoću šuga kojeg želim. - Posolite, popaprite, dodajte 2 žličice mješavine mediteranskih začina i na laganoj vatri kuhajte oko 60 minuta dok lignje lijepo ne omekšaju.Pred kraj umješajte kosani peršin. - Poslužite uz kuhanu palentu ili kuhanu rižu i uz čašu crnog vina. 💙🐟🍷💙🐟🍷🐟💙🍷🐟💙 #srceodcokoladeblog #TasteTheOceanContest #istraterramagica #traditionalcuisine #traditionalfood @ourocean_eu

В Дубровнике начался сезон мушмулы (nespole), поэтому сегодня даю рецепт ликера из мушмулы, который к тому же по вкусу напомнит вам (спойлер) один очень известный десерт. Старый рецепт дубровницкого ликера из мушмулы: На 1 кг мушмулы идёт 1 кг сахара. Мушмулу вымойте и пару раз надрежте каждый плод. Мушмулу поместите в стеклянную банку и засыпьте сахаром. Банку закройте и поставьте на балкон или в сад на солнце на 35-40 дней. Каждые 5 дней мушмулу в банке перемешивайте, что бы сахар полностью растворился. Через 40 дней добавьте в банку 1 литр домашней ракии. Закройте банку и дайте настояться ещё 5 дней. После этого процедите ликер через марлю и охладите. Ликер из мушмулы готов!
