Blizzard beach is definitely a must do when visiting during their ‘winter’ months we went into the wave pool took a ‘ski lift’ up to the top on the slides! The lazy river is quite relaxing too! We went tot Disney springs and went into the T rex diner and was amazing!! Its was like we were in a forest with dinosaurs 🦖I found Disney springs quite overwhelming and busy so it’s not great for little children even I found it quite a lot to take in. One of our kid’s favorites places to eat at Disney Springs is T-Rex Cafe and they will ALWAYS ask for either this or Rainforest Cafe if given the option to pick our meals. 😄 Since our Disney Springs days are pretty easy going, we don’t make any reservations for these, (gasp right? 😱). Instead we use our priority seating perk as Landry’s Select Club members for either T-Rex Cafe or Rainforest Cafe. We’ve never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a table even during peak dinner times! Once you sign up you get your money back with $25 to use on your next visit (which pays for your membership for life), you also receive an annual $25 birthday gift, retail discounts, and you earn another $25 combinable reward for every $250 you spend. Plus, like I said you also get priority seating and more! For those of you traveling with littles I HIGHLY recommend staying onsite. We have done both, and have found with having littles and naps staying on site is so much more convenient! We always include at least one resort day in between park days to enjoy the resort/pools. This last trip we stayed at the Polynesian, and the location was amazing! I also like to do a character dining at some point during this day to save more time for rides on park days. Since we were staying at the Polynesian we had a character dining for breakfast at Ohana.
