I accepted it!! more is on its way! every year around my birthday (end of June) I buy myself a new journal..and in the first page i write a scripture verse and or quote that comes to me... the last two journals i asked Yahweh to give me some verses.. tell me the verse numbers and bible book name...random verses popped into my mind (i haven't memorized scripture very well...so its all God lol)... and this year one of the verses Papa told me was...Matthew 12:34 (that's new testament which was written in Greek by Jesus apostles with Divine guidance)...and it says "words are powerful; take them seriously. Words can be your salvation. Words can be your damnation." So I was like woa!! God just told me that directly! I woke up the day I realized I was not the voice of my mind. The one that said I was not worthy, that I was limited. The voice that said I was not enough. Good enough. Smart enough. Capable enough. Pretty enough. Talented enough. Creative enough. Lovable enough. I woke up the day I realized that voice from the mind is not the "I AM" presence of me. I AM the one that HEARS that voice. The one that observes that voice. The one that gets to change that subconscious narrative. That narrative was never mine - it is the voice of lineages of unhealed trauma that accumulates like trash in a landfill. An old narrative programmed deep into our DNA as humans. Oh but don't you see the beauty of it all? I sit ABOVE the DNA witnessing this all. I am epi (above) the genetics. Which means I get to control that expression. I get to change and rewire it. I may have inherited traits. I may have traits coded by conditioning. I also have the power to recode. To be the master coder. I continually clean that energetic trash that sits inside me, and as I clear I get to see where I am moving to, what I will express next. I am not the voice of my mind that holds me back. I spent my life hiding from myself and others because I did not trust myself. My entire life I had been told that my feelings were wrong. Those things happening to me and around me were normal. I was wrong to feel anything negative about it. So I learned not to trust myself, to dismiss my thoughts, my feelings. I covered it up with perfectionism to hide all those wrong thoughts and feelings. As I grew up I was scared to participate...did not ask or answer a question, waited to see the reactions of others before I stated my opinion. I watched on the sidelines as life happened around me. Because what if I was wrong? What if I was not perfect? I ignored my inner guidance and disempowered myself as I followed the rules of others. And yet those rules never aligned me with so I was constantly breaking them, then blaming myself. I kept getting lost in cycles of sadness, guilt, shame, indecision, confusion and victim mentality. All because I did not trust myself and do right by me. I began to take risks and invested in myself with classes and coaches. I learned the keys to self mastery and became the master of my mind, body and soul. The path to self love and self trust was not the path I expected it to be. It did not involve perfectionism, image, pushing through, will power and hustle. Instead it embodied flow, receptivity, awareness, consciousness, and harmony with ourselves, each other and the planet. As I walk this path of self mastery, everyday I learn more about myself and who I really am. I no longer am fearful about sharing who I am, speaking my truth, even if it goes against popular opinion because I am being guided by my inner knowing. We live in a world where anxiety and depression are considered a part of life, medicated or hidden, when in fact it is our inner knowing that is telling us something is wrong. When you empower yourself, become the master of your life, you step out of society's paradigm and create a new normal for yourself. A normal based on self love, trust, and feeling good. I've dealt with allergies and asthma for all my life and on some inhaler or medication. It is genetic I was told, you just have to deal with this. I did it by avoiding life, staying inside without animals and mostly in urban environments. 5 years ago or so I saw a specialist who specializes in allergies and asthma. She gave me an allergy test. No surprise it showed I was allergic to pretty much every type of plant and animal tested. She was shocked by the degree of my reaction. A simple allergy test resulted in such a severe reaction I had to down benadryl and make sure it was safe for me to leave. She prescribed me a whole bunch of medicines to break up the mucus in my chest, stop the allergic response, stop post nasal drip, breathe etc etc etc. They worked at first. And then over time the symptoms came back and it was suggested that we increase the dose, change the medication. Never once did she ask about what I eat or how I live. I already was healthier than the average person but I knew the truth down deep inside me. I was going to the doctor because I wanted a quick fix and I did not want to do the work. The problem was the quick fix did not last and led to more money to the medical system with more issues. I decided to stop taking the meds. I overhauled my life bit by bit - mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically. I used the 💰 spent towards doctors and meds towards food, vitamins, and investing in myself. Now I don't have allergies and asthma on a regular basis. I went from a list of prescribed meds to one allergy med and one inhaler I reserve for that time I cannot control them, like in a house full of cats. Because yes, the allergies are real and genetic, but I am in control of how I deal with them. I used to not be able to pet animals, now I can. The side effect? I have more energy. I feel good. Weight came off of me. Anxiety and depression are gone. I am not clouded by emotion or brain fog. I am the healthiest I have ever been. Today I found medicine I had to take just to breathe. I was grateful to toss them in the garbage. I am no longer a slave to my biology. I am in control. What do you want to fix in your health?

ᴍᴀɴɪꜰᴇꜱᴛᴀᴛɪᴏɴ 101: ʏᴏᴜ'ʀᴇ ᴍᴇɴᴛᴀʟ! I used to think that meant someone was crazy. The thing is we are mental. This is the nature of our reality. There was this guy, God, alien being, legend depending on your perspective that went by the name of Thoth to the ancient Egyptians and Hermes to the ancient Greek. He taught 7 principles about the nature of the universe. Simple subject. I know. You think I joke but I am serious. The first principle is "The all is mind; The Universe is mental." What does this mean? Your thoughts create your reality. For something to be, you have to think it first. We are all products of the universe and made of the same star stuff...so we are ALL mental. We are one. Sometimes this world can seem crazy because of [insert world problem/insanity here]. If our reality is the product of our thoughts, are we crazy? Nope. Not if you have the ability to self reflect. My little listened to an audio book about a character questioning her sanity. She paused the book and dropped a Wisdom Bomb. She said "you are not mad if you can ask if you are mad." If you can question your reality, you can change it. We are not mad. We are creators that create with our thoughts. All you have to do is be aware of your thoughts. Don't believe me that we create with our thoughts? What about that time you thought of someone and then you saw them or they called you. Or when you thought of something it and it happened. Is it intuition? Yes. You are intuiting the reality you are creating for yourself. This is why it is so important to master your thoughts. You can have the life you desire. It is not a dream. It is your reality. It's those subconscious thoughts of that's not possible or I am not good enough or I don't have enough that sabotage the reality you are creating. IMO healing means you are no longer a slave to the biology of the body. Your body remembers everything; every experience is stored in your cells, DNA. It is expressed everytime an emotional trigger of fear and its tributaries (doubt, shame, scarcity) reminds you of that experience, even if the experience is nothing like the original event. The tendency is to re-act - act in the same manner you did with the initial experience. The body does not understand time and acts like that experience is in the present. And this clouds your brain. Because 90% of our communication goes from our gut to our brain. And most of our emotion is generated in the gut. So the gut is telling the brain you are not safe, it remembers. This is hardwired into your body as a protection mechanism, an instinct for survival based on our prehistoric biology. Our bodies are a perfect technology that can heal itself but it is running on programming that had a bug in the code. You can heal through consciousness, shadow work, rewiring - all the terms that are used to describe the same thing. Going deep into the code with a level of consciousness that allows you to witness, acknowledge and release those initial experiences so that they are no longer in your system. It can be dififcult as you begin the process because often you go into the belly of the memory and feel those emotions again. In a society that tells us to numb pain and seek pleasure, we have forgotten the importance of feeling the range of human emotions. But the range allows you to experience life to its fullest. To experience great joy you must allow yourself to feel and release the pain you carry inside. Through this conscious reprogramming of your body, you heal those narratives that run through your cellular memory keeping you a slave to the past. When you heal those narratives you create space to program new codes of abundance, freedom, love and bliss. There are so many ways to heal, to do this work. Physical interaction is important as humans are social creatures, and our skin, the largest organ, is hardwired for touch. We need to be together. With the world the way it was over this past year, there is no doubt the impact physical distance has on the psyche. However we are still connected in many more ways. Apart or together we are all still connected. There are the technologies we relied on that allow us to connect by voice, message and video. But humans are the greatest technology here on Earth. We have a superpower that we use to really connect to one another - energy. We are not our bodies. Our bodies are physical manifestations of a greater being, our highest selves, our souls, our ethereal bodies that cannot be completely contained in our bodies. We connect when we think about someone so imagine what intense focus can do. This is a super power that can be developed so tap into it. Nikola Tesla taught us to think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration to understand the universe. He was teaching us about our super power. While in Ethiopia, I loved how I was connecting to people without touch or language. It was all energy. This young man was selling neem sticks - nature's toothbrush and all around antibaterial/fungal etc goodness. Something I have only seen in India. He was intrigued by us and I was curious. It was a very limited interaction with no words or physical interaction except pointing to my camera asking to take a picture. And yet the energy exchange was strong. We were connected. We had gifted each other acknowledgement and appreciation of one another. And we all parted ways with a smile. Be kind to one another. We are all one and all connected despite the limited physical interaction. Share your energies with one another. And if you need energy directed your way, don't be hesitant to ask. We all need help and support. No one can do this game of life alone. So let's play together.
