There’s been a wrecking.. a crumbling.. happening in my world for a while now.. It’s been painful, it’s been messy, it’s taken me to the depths of myself and the depths of life.. & it’s been perfect in many ways. I was trying to hold everything together thinking this is what I need to do…. But God had different plans for me. I was creating my own suffering by controlling everything so tightly because as much as we say we trust God.. we trust life.. sometimes we don’t. This was a BIG AWAKENING FOR ME! I realise that the more I let go… the more I can rest and allow what I desire come to me in the most unexpected and magical ways… the more free and aligned I feel. The crumbling happens because you set the intention for it to happen.. Because you said you wanted a life that felt too good to be true.. you said you wanted the relationship of your dreams, the business of your dreams, the life of your dreams... You said this is how I want to FEEL.. but only half heartily believing you can have it all. I’ll be honest I’m pretty messy when I work so when I see artist working with resin and their process is immaculate ( it a single drip spilled) I’m like… how though?! I can’t stay within the lines or boundaries of a drop cloth most of the time. Even with gloves and brushes I have to physically connect with the medium & my fingers become the paintbrush or the smudge tool which… is a big no for resin. 🫠 I make sure to always use the proper PPE, but this is definitely not a medium I would want to worth with all the time.
