Real talk 🗣️ You all know I’ve been on my health and wellness journey for 4+ years now. Out of the four years this past June 2023 I gained a solid 11 pounds that month I mean solid. Yes, I’ve been living life doing all the things traveling like a gypsy and those 11 pounds have stuck on me like gorilla glue and yes they have literally been taking a toll on me 😫 So the first picture was this past Monday I weighed in at 161 pounds. This is just to show you that when you know what needs to be done, you do it. Without any excuses. You’ve heard me complain over and over and over every time the scale goes up down a couple pounds up and down a couple of pounds. For some 11 pounds is nothing Shake it off, you will work it off. Everything‘s gonna be OK. Well guess what I wasn’t shaking it off I wasn’t OK and I just felt heavy & began to look fluffy. Those of you that have a 10 pound weight lift a 10 pound weight right now that’s what carrying a extra pounds feels like. (10 pound sack of potatoes) I’m super proud of myself for these past five days because I really buckle down this week. I hit my containers, I drank my shake every day, I walked, and I worked out and I drink a gallon of water. I did everything that I knew I needed to do and that it was going to work and guess what it’s working. I didn’t have to detox. I didn’t have to fast I didn’t have to do none of those things I was seeking to do. All I had to do was get back on track and this is proof, my friends that what I’ve learned from BODI works & even if you fall off the wagon and you get back on the wagon what you’ve learned ftom BODI still works 😉 this was just a reminder to myself stop looking for the easy way out and do WTF you know you need to do 🎉🎉🎉 #noexcuses I dropped 5 pounds and all the fluff this week and I’m happy 😃 6 more to go!
