When you want to have a nice pinot noir and not to ruin yourself this Alox-Corton 1er cru, les Vercots 2005 is a good choice. Classical, elegant and ready to drink. We open it 1,5h before lunch. Dark fruits jump immediately into your nose underlined by soft spiciness. This full bodied wine is nice and structured and misses only the power and lenght of grand cru. Otherwise excellent to accompany my Artichokes and young filet de veal.
