My shoulder was dislocated just a month ago. I'm stell suffering from severe pain. My arms were swollen from side to side. I Always wear a shoulder-support strap-wrap belt. The doctor and physio advised me to be on full rest. When I couldn't sleep from the intense pain, I just said to myself, I'm not this type of person. I need to find some peace. after that I planned to go hiking. Because mountains are always mysterious to me, but never incomprehensible. The thought is the action. Despite everyone, I ran to Annapurna. This is like another illusion! Yes, it's true; this trek took a tough test for my body and mind. But finally, making the trek brought me a different kind of joy. The track created some memories to be remembered for a lifetime. This time i learned some lessons from nature which is "Give as much as you need; don't use your power to the max. It will be lost." I was watching a beautiful scenario in Abc. That was one of the most beautiful mornings in my life. I felt like watching the sunrise at 4,130 meters away from all the noise was the greatest find of my life. When I go around, i can see Annapurna South, Hinchuli, Annapurna-1, Gangapurna, Annapurna-3, and Machapuchchre 'fishtail', some of the highest mountains in the world, standing in the same row. The highest among them is Annapurna-1, at 8 thousand 91 meters. It is really not possible to express the beauty of this mountain range of the Himalayas in any language. Such is our life, where the good times didn't last long. It is lost as quickly as childhood. When I think about the return of the house, I think about the mechanical life of brick and stone. But that's mine too. But I will be back soon. So I can console myself. I MADE IT to La Thorong Pass and completed the Annapurna Circuit!! 🇳🇵4/19/24. Thorong La Pass is the climax point of the Annapurna Circuit at 5,416 meters altitude (17,776 ft) and the highest pass in the world. At this altitude, there is only half of the oxygen available at sea level. This basically means that every step you take feels like you just ran a marathon. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I had bronchitis and barotrauma, so making it across the pass was particularly challenging for me; however, out out of sheer stubbornness and determination, I rallied until the end. It’s funny that I started this trip feeling sick with stomach problems and a cough, but now, the higher we climb, the better I feel! 🤩 On the way, we stopped at the Thokla memorial, which honors those who have lost their lives trying to reach the top of Everest! Day 1 and 2: Upper Mustang Tour 🌄 Adventure Day! After a hearty breakfast, we hit the road towards the Sonauli border, where our Nepal team was ready to assist with our crossing. Our backup vehicle and tour leader made sure everything went smoothly. 🛤️ The ride to Pokhara took about 6 hours, but it was an amazing journey! We rode through stunning landscapes and quaint mountain villages via Palpa. The views of the Annapurna Mountain range were breathtaking, and we made a few stops to take in the beauty. 🌄🏞️ Finally, we reached Pokhara, a place known for its beautiful lakes, lush forests, and serene rivers. We settled into our hotel after a traditional welcome and took some time to relax. What's the best time for Annapurna treks?! 🤔 ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Good news! The Annapurna region offers suitable treks all year round. However, the best trekking season for you depends on the route you pick. 😉 If you swipe to the 2nd photo, you see a huge difference. Right?! These pictures are taken on the high Thorong La Pass, on the Northern side of the Annapurna mountain range. So. let us give you a quick breakdown of the seasons here. 🌧️ In the summer, during monsoon, it is best to choose a route north of the mountain range. Because this area lies in the so-called ‘rain shadow’. There’s much less rain than in the south. Great options are the Annapurna Circuit Trek and Tilicho Lake Trek. Both routes are mostly on the north side of the mountain range. ❄️ In the winter, the skies are mostly crystal clear. BUT, there can be lots and lots of snow too ... Therefore it is better to stay on the southern side of the mountain range. Because, the high pass of Thorong La can be closed due to heavy snow. ☀️ Spring and summer are the best seasons to trek in the region, when it comes to the weather. 2024.03.31 🌿D2 따또파니Tatopani-쉬크하Shikha2040-스완타Swanta2270 고도 2270m 스완타까지 오르막길 12km를 걷는 날! ▶️아침으로 짜이 한잔을 마시고 출발 일주일간 함께 할 바달과 천천히 서로의 스타일을 파악해본다 ▶️다시 봐도 멋진 닐기리 사우스Nilgiri South ▶️고레파니Ghorepani 가는 길과 겹치는 곳이라 많은 트레커들이 함께 걷는다 ▶️아직은 초입이라 마을과 마을을 잇기 위해 만들어진 돌계단이 많다 카고백을 이마로? 운반하는 포터들은 언제 봐도 놀라울 뿐! ▶️점심 쯤 쉬크하Shikha에 도착해 체크 포인트에 들러 퍼밋 검사를 받고 ▶️Moon Light Guest House 식당에서 이번 트레킹 첫 달밧을 먹었다 ▶️아기자기 예쁜 식당과 더더 멋진 뷰!!! 달밧 맛도 넘 좋아서 달을 리필받아 먹고 더 걷기 싫다고 생때를 부리다 스완타Swanta로 출발했다ㅋㅋ 그리고 그림같이 아름다운 마을🌄을 만났다! #네팔 #Nepal#안나푸르나 #Annapurna #코프라단다 #KhopraDanda#모하레단다 #MohareDanda #따또파니 #Tatopani#쉬크하 #Shikha#스완타 #Swanta #MoonLightGuestHouse
24.03.30 🌿D1 포카라Pokhara-베니Beni-따또파니Tatopani1190m 오늘은 출발지까지 이동하는 날! ▶️아침 산책 겸 새로 생긴 디즈니랜드(포카라에 놀이공원이라니!!!)까지 걸어가 종이 지도를 구입했다 ▶️네팔에서 자격증을 갖추고 활동하는 세르파에는 3가지 분류가 있다 -길안내만을 해주는 가이드, -길안내와 짐 운반을 같이 해주는 가이드 겸 포터, 12kg 내외의 짐을 맞길 수 있다 -짐 운반만을 맡아주는 포터, 15kg 정도의 짐을 나누어준다 나는 윈드폴에서 가이드 겸 포터 바달과 계약, 포터 배낭 8.5kg+구스침낭을 맡기고 내 배낭 4kg+물 2L를 가지고 걷기로 했다 ▶️지프스테이션에서 합승 조건으로 인당 1000루피에 흥정한 귀요미 택시 ▶️베니에서 버스로 갈아타려 했지만 이미 출발해버려 타고온 택시와 다시 흥정해 따또파니까지 가기로~ ▶️부분부분 비포장길 5시간을 달려 도착한 따또파니 Dhaulagiri Lodge ▶️옆방에는 홍콩에서 온 요기니들이 요가 수련 중이고 ▶️조그마한 마을길 빵집과 구멍가게가 아기자기하다 ▶️다음날 새벽 어스름 속 롯지 뒤로 펼쳐진 Nilgiri South 6839m!!! #네팔 #Nepal#안나푸르나 #Annapurna #코프라단다 #KhopraDanda#모하레단다 #MohareDanda #포카라 #Pokhara#레이크사이드 #LakeSide#베니 #Beni#따또파니 #Tatopani #Dhaulagiri Lodge #NilgiriSouth
