28 WEEKS = third trimester = 84 days left til my due date. By this point with our first two babies we had already picked out names, had their cribs set up, and bought many new items. With this new little guy we have done none of those things. He will get lots of hand-me-downs and hopefully we'll decide on his name before we bring him home from the hospital. 😂 #thirdkidproblems . . I do however love reading fun facts each week on what's developing with baby boy and what's going on with my own body too. I feel like I should already know these things since this is the third time around.. but it's been a few years. 😉 I read today that my heart now pumps 45% more blood then it for before pregnancy! 24 WEEKS as of yesterday! Funny story.. I was asked the other day "how far along are you?" And my response was "I don't know.. umm 20 something weeks.. Being a mom is.. feeling more love then you could ever imagine, learning new levels of patience, laughing in a fit of hysterics, yelling like a lunatic, crying in frustration, beaming with pride, being frantic with worry, feeling like superwoman, feeling like you're not good enough, wanting the day to speed up, but time to slow down, feeling the need for personal space, but also begging for more snuggles.. all within a 24 hour period of time. But regardless of the ups and downs of motherhood, I couldn't feel more blessed to have a hard-working husband who has provided me the ability to stay home with my babies. @mrjosephb It's hard work raising tiny humans, and sometimes I need a little me time, but I wouldn't trade this this for anything. . . Side note: Yesterday was "wear your career" day at Chloe's school. When we told Chloe "Mommy has a baby in her belly" this was the sort of look she gave us, followed by overwhelming joy, excitement, and endless questions!
