🌸 Abigail Mae 🌸 . Our little girl is finally here 💕 On April 15, 2024, at exactly 2:30 p.m., our baby girl arrived. Weighing an impressive 3.8 kg and measuring 53cm in height, she is strong, healthy, and, oh, so beautiful. It’s been two weeks since her arrival, and during this time we have come to know her little, or, should I say, big personality. Here’s what we know so far: -When she is content, she is easy going, calm, and quiet. -When she wants something, she is determined, fiery, and very verbal. -She loves her sleep, but she loves her food even more. Generally, she is a sweet and precious soul who has made our hearts burst with love all over again. These first two weeks have been incredibly special, and we have loved and enjoyed every moment. 🌸 Such a blessing.

Big stories start with little chapters ✨ When you see your littles on a huge theatre stage, no words can even describe it 🥹 I mean that literally because I’ve been sat here for an hour with no words but the whole experience running through my head on repeat. I still remember that first time we went to Asha’s school play a couple of years ago, one foot on stage and she burst into tears, she remained at the back of the stage clung to a teacher in tears. I never wanted to be that mum that pressured her kids into anything, or force them down a path they’re not comfortable with, all I’ve ever wanted from the moment they were able, is to find something they truly love and find themselves through. I still feel awful I ever thought it but my exact thought that moment we left that school play was “what was the point of even going, all we did was watch our child cry at the back of the stage.” After hours of sitting with that thought I soon enough realised it’s all about the time & effort put into getting to that point of taking those steps into the spot light, the hours, days, weeks of practice, managing the emotions/feelings it brings on performing in front of others, there’s just so much that goes on in the preparation for it that even if they don’t do a thing on stage they did all of that beforehand and gave it a shot, that is all that matters. Spring break meant loads of time out getting fresh air and our dose of sunshine! 4. Ventured to South Lake Park in San Marcos with the rest of San Diego to see the lilacs. 5. We have been loving making pan pizzas from scratch. All the pepperonis for Sofie’s pizza. 6. I left my job as a circulator and was deeply saddened to leave behind the best co-workers. 7. My goober. 8. @tannersprimeburgers opened up in South Oceanside which is home to some of our favorite restos. 9. @littlefoxcupsandcones collaborated with @mrazfamilyfarms to create some delicious flavors! 10. It’s ALMOST warm enough to wear dresses and Sofie can’t help herself but be kawaii!
