✨Happy to Pivot✨ . We ended up stopping in Galaxys edge to get some green milk (my sons favorite) I don’t honestly like either color, but I’d choose blue if it had too. . Anyway back to the “Pivot” with parks being busier again- if there is something at the parks you really want to try be sure to pick a time and “Mobile order” early in the day. By the time I checked at 5pm to order a Ronto wrap for dinner- there were no mobile order times left! I had to find another option.😅 . You can use it from some resorts and to go between Hollywood Studios and Epcot! . You can generally fit about 10 people inside. Small strollers can stay open but double wide ones normally have to be folded. . ECVs can fit in as well and have a separate entrance where they stop the skyliner so you can easily drive in. . Purchase your cotton candy and whatever other snacks inside the shops and you can get 20% off with your annual pass discount. Favorite Easter egg dyeing tip⬇️ . Put down plastic- I like to grab a cute but cheap plastic table cloth to toss after we’re done. (Think target dollar spot or dollar tree!) It can be cute in photos and makes clean up easy, and I’m less worried about the dye spilling and making a mess. -If the table cloth is slippery and moves to much with your littles, simply tape it under the table to make it tighter. And if you don’t have one you can always grab a trash bag for underneath too! . Less mess typically means less stress for me. . We all look forward to the garden and butterfly house each spring. We enjoy the beauty of it and talking through its life cycle. You can even see them in the various stages before the emerge from the chrysalis! . Here are some details about how I made or where I purchased items for our”UP” themed birthday party🎉 . Balloon dress and Wilderness explorer inspired dresses are from the amazing @taylorjoelledesigns . The “cake topper” is from @shopdisney it’s actually a pencil holder and pretty heavy. So underneath it I put a few skewers to act like dowel rods to support the weight and substituted the balloons for these! I had originally bought the plastic balloon picks to add to the top of white cupcakes but switch ideas to save time! . Balloon picks were an 8 pack I believe from @amazon . Grape Soda banner from @coffeeandkissesdecor (she always makes the best pieces!) . Target came through with an awesome cake for $15! . I ordered the “UP” Golden book with intentions to take it apart to use as decorations as well as save them so she can scrapbook with them in her “Our Adventure” book which was both decoration and a present. . The book pages were scattered on the table as well as I used a few to wrap “Kevin’s” chocolate bars. . Balloons @partycity ours is always so fast and so nice! . I found the dog hovering balloons on Amazon. 6 pack for $10 and then it was $3.50 or so to have them inflated. They represented the dogs from the blimp in the movie! . I couldn’t find Grape soda in a bottle anywhere so I improvised with a 2 liter and made like a “float” icecream would’ve been fun in it too! This time around I used cotton candy. It will dissolve when it touches the soda so I cut out circles that fit into the top of the cup and then added the cotton candy and the balloon picks. I took the photos I wanted and then the kids had a great time adding the cotton candy to their super sugary drinks🤣 . We had the cute bug nets from Amazon and I ordered a little package of plastic bugs (also amazon) but dollar tree might have some too. And we did a relay race of sorts. Separated into two teams and they had to take turns getting a bug into the net and then get a balloon and waddle it around the kitchen & back to the front for the other team member to do the same! They had such laughs trying to get the bugs in and oh boy was the balloon waddle race funny😂 . Cont. in comments⬇️
