Happy Valentines Day!! While we didn’t specifically plan anything special, we happened to get on the waitlist at Lamplight Lounges Boardwalk dining on Saturday for the 1st time!! We had heard so much about the iconic Lobster Nachos so our lunch ended up feeling very special. Even our kids were really well behaved because our youngest kept stealing some of Amy’s 2319 slushie drink and James was all too happily distracted watching Incredicoaster go by constantly and even got to witness it getting evacuated at one point. Ending off the month of September with this apple pie that my 16 year old son made ❤ He has never wanted to cook or bake until recently. He's a gamer and the kitchen is the last place you will find him unless he's hungry lol. He heard me say I was making pies and asked me if I'd teach him.
