Of course we had to get the 50th Celebration Dole Whip! The classic Dole Whip soft serve is offered in Pineapple or Lime, it comes with a Polynesian Village Resort 50th Anniversary chocolate medallion. It is dusted with EARidescent shimmer and topped off with a parasol umbrella. The shimmer does not affect the taste in any way, so this was still the same Dole Whip we know and love. Youโll need 3 ingredients only and ready in 5 minutes! Ingredients โข 2 cups frozen pineapple โข ยฝ cup pineapple juice fresh is better โข 1 big scoop vanilla ice cream original recipe is vegan โ so please use diary free vegan vanilla ice cream. Instructions 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender โ pineapple juice, frozen pineapple and vanilla ice cream (vegan ice cream if you want to stick to official Disney theme park). 2. Blend until frozen pineapple bits are broken down and blend into nice and smooth creamy texture. NOTE: high powdered blender makes all the difference in making creamy, fluff, soft serve like pineapple dole whip recipe. Pro-tip: if dole whip results in thin running mix in blender, freeze the mix for 2 to 3 hours or until it turns into soft serve consistency and then serve. 3. Use very chilled pineapple juice fresh off freezer vanilla ice cream to get dole whip soft serve like consistency. Bare in mind temperature outside will affect the consistency as well. 4.
