Mrs. Joan Gregory just turned 93 years young on March 18th. 🧘🏼♀️ I started working with Joan in December of 2022. She fell shortly after I started with her and hurt her back but she didn’t give up. We took baby steps working with the wall, chair, bed….all the props possible. She’s learned to focus on her posture, her breath and her core! Look at her today, she is back and better than ever. Getting up and down off the floor and doing almost all of the Reset in LYT Yoga Method. 🧘🏼♀️ Has she had set backs? Yes, she has. Don’t we all?? 🧘🏼♀️ Has she over done it a time or 2? Yes, she has. Don’t we all? 🧘🏼♀️ DOES SHE QUIT? No, she doesn’t. She keeps moving. Doing the best she can one day at a time!!!! 🧘🏼♀️ She is even adding in meditations to her physical practice!!!!
