I do love harmonious sounds and music in all forms. It touches my soul so deeply and has a sound unlike anything yet so familiar and ancient. There are so many different kinds and I feel each one has it own affect, character and spirit and I keep meeting new ones that show me different and deeper layers. The gong is yang in nature and has a a kind of strong and shattering effect which enables it to work thoroughly through all matter and blockages leaving nothing untouched on physical, emotional and mental levels. Because of this I think many who are sensitive or not ready to open up can find them a bit overwhelming. In this case itโs good to start gentle and build up.. I just had a moment of gratitude and wanted to share... They changed my life and helped uncover a lot of the residual closing I may have had.
