He has the nicest temperament and loves everyone. The closer he can get to you the better !! He is also very high energy and loves to zoom around at which time get out of his way !!!!!this guy loves to run at top speed. Bruce is a young dog we would guess under two years old. And definitely medium size no more than 50 lbs as our estimate. He loves to run and explore but will always come back for kisses and to sit on your feet. ✨ TINY ✨ This sweet lady is Tiny and she is available for adoption at @ndlb_rescue! She recently had puppies and was very thin when she was discovered, hence the name Tiny. She warmed up to me within minutes and was an absolute doll for her photo session. We walked around the park and ended at a busy playground and she was totally chill just taking it all in. Her focus face is very serious, but she’s really a goofy lover underneath it all. My goal was to capture a bit of her joyful personality along with her serious side. Meer Kanjer, another one of our brave heroes. Kanjer had cancer in his eye, and with your donations we were able to completely cover all expenses for his surgery in Nov 2017. Unfortunately, the cancer soon spread and attacked his other eye making him blind, along with stealing his hearing. The vet said it would only be a matter of time before it attacked his brain since it traveled through the optic nerve. With how quickly the cancer spread, Jeremy, Kanjer's handler, made the tough decision to honor Kanjer, his services and sacrifices, by putting him to sleep, so he wouldn’t suffer. Nala was successfully rehomed when she was younger, but her rescuer sadly passed away recently and she needs an amazing person to take her in. Nala is used to being left alone in the house, as her owner was sick for a long time in hospital, she's low maintenance. She also currently lives with a 2 year old toddler and is very friendly with children. Local to Merseyside. We got Klouse and Rocket joining us for their first time on the SELF PROPELLED slatmills. They were amazing! Unlike human treadmills, these slatmills only go at the pace the dogs want to go. A good citizen witnessed her being dumped and went to help her. However Pia was blind and when the the lady tried to pick her up, out of fear Pia attempted to bite her. The lady didn’t know how to deal with a biting dog so she left her to seek help for her. We were contacted and we asked our friends and rescuers Lizette and Iniabell in the northwest area near to Pia’s location (far from us) to pick her up for us. They found her saved her and held her until our Nani could drive to Moca and deliver her to our Veterinarians office. Pia is blind but that is not an obstacle for her. She is happy and joyful. When we met her we couldn’t understand how a human could dump such and beautiful and innocent soul. Our veterinarian Agnielis Feliciano Clinica Veterinaria Mi Mascota did all the necessary care and follow up treatment for all her conditions, we nurtured and loved her to the fullest always believing she would stay with us forever because she was blind. Our adoption coordinator Barbara Repetski said no she will get a family also and within a short time Pia was adopted. This past Friday Teresa Cogollo flew from New Jersey exclusively to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 to pick up Pia and deliver her to her new mommy and daddy in Boston and then couldn’t find a flight home to New Jersey so she took a train home to New Jersey all in a 24 hour period. On Saturday morning Pia was in her mommy and daddy’s hands. She is loved,spoiled and has doggie siblings! We are so grateful to everyone that was involved in Mia’s journey.. and to all of you that support us with your kindness and generosity, these are your donations at work!
