A lot of times our ego will try and talk us out of trying something new because we'll be bad at it. It will won't feel great the first few times we get it wrong. Transitioning into summer with neon yellow a pop of red and a grounding green pair of old overalls and a black 80’s grandpa cardigan. Doesn’t get much better than that in my opinion. Here’s a few tips on how I style transitioning outfits: * Light layers are key, a layer can elevate any outfit but it’s important to have it be breathable and interesting 🤔. Maybe it’s a statement piece or just an accessory that really pull the vibe together. *Wear bright colors that reflect the season your in. I personally love to mix and match my primary color palette 🎨 but still from season to season add touches of pastels for spring, blue hues for summer, warmer earth tones for fall and lots of red green and plaid for winter. * Don’t be afraid to mix things up. I play dress up in my own closet all the time. Sometimes a newly thrifted item inspires me to create a whole new look but i sometimes force myself to shop my own closet as well. Gratitude is a practice and for some people it can feel pointless and hard. This would likely be because you are stuck in fight/flight and that changes your ability to focus on the positive. If your subconscious considers something is a threat to how you can live your life, it will maintain defenses just in case. Once it has enough information to be satisfied the threat is over you can go back to living and thriving and practicing gratitude.
