Оценка размеров опухоли до лечения - PRE-Treatment EXTent of tumor (PRETEXT) предложена в 1992 году как единый критерий определения группы риска детям с ГБ по данным КТ и МРТ. Претерпев ряд модификаций в клинических испытаниях, система PRETEXT показала взаимосвязь с прогнозом заболевания и используется в настоящее время. 📍PRETEXT состоит из двух частей - группы и доп.факторов. Классификация PRETEXT основана на анатомическом строении печени, в которой выделяют 2 доли, 4 сектора и 8 сегментов, каждая из этих частей обладает независимым от соседних участков кровоснабжением и оттоком желчи. 📍Группа PRETEXT определяется по количеству СМЕЖНЫХ секторов печени, которые должны быть резецированы для радикального удаления опухоли. По количеству секторов выделяют 4 группы PRETEXT, обозначая их цифрами от 1 до 4. 1 - наиболее благоприятная группа, при котором опухоль располагается только в одном из секторов, группа 4 - свободных от опухоли секторов печени нет. Если образование занимает один центральных секторов печени, группа по PRETEXT определяется как 2, так как для выполнения радикальной операции необходимо удалить 2 СМЕЖНЫХ сектора-центральный и прилежащий к нему краевой. Если опухоль поражает 2 центральных сектора, то группа PRETEXT оценивается как 3,-необходимо удалить один краевой и оба центральных сектора. WHEN IT ALL STOPS “Tatiana Lewis was on her way to work when she got pulled over for a benign traffic infraction. Everything unraveled from there.” PSA for SPUR (San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association) Connecting the worlds of visual arts and social justice has always been at the heart of what I believe I can be doing to leave any lasting impact on the world through the affect I have on the immediate community around me. Working on these PSAs for SPUR and telling/recreating the stories of those who have fallen victim to various systems of oppression and been unheard by their city/governments towards any meaningful change has brought a lot of drive and power to the mission that lives within the visual arts, specifically filmmaking for me. In San Francisco, black and latinx drivers are disproportionately stopped by police for traffic infractions, and we all know that this disparity goes beyond just the Bay Area. These seemingly routine stops have the power to completely upend someone’s life, especially when left in the hands of police departments with a history of brutality and corruption. SPUR helped to advocate successfully for the ban on pretext stops in order to minimize the harm caused by minor traffic citations, as what happened here with Tatiana. I’m always extremely grateful to be given opportunities to provide what I can to be in solidarity and integrated with the meaningful action happening around me, something that we can all strive to do in our professions and in our daily lives.
