4 years of anti aging. 58 years young in October. Never put limits on yourself. What good is money if you don't feel good? Is over indulging worth diseases and an early grave, or going to the doctors office constantly? I was over worked, stressed out and on a high carb diet. Health is a small investment of actual time once you do the research and know what to do. Start small and keep adding stuff. Walk outside every day getting some sun Work out at least 2x a week Eat lots of veggies Eat some fruit once a day, low glycemic when you can. Prioritize sleep Protein These are basics anyone can do. I do a lot more but it's addictive when you feel amazing and continue to progress. Chronological aging is inevitable, but biological aging can be slowed and partially reversed. I feel like I'm 35. Aging doesn't have to be a horror story.
